Smoothie King — Restaurant in Fishers

My experience at this location wasn't good at all. I was really hoping to have a good smoothie because I hadn't ate all day and was craving one. Went in and there wasn't a wait at all. Two employees working at the time. One went into the back and the other took my order. I ordered the activator strawberry and banana with a extra scoop of whey protein. The size was 32 ounces. The smoothie wasn't good at all, it was basically all ice chips, at least that's all I could really taste. It was so icy I could really drink it, the blending wasn't great either. It was almost like it got ice blended and everything else thrown in and blended for a few seconds. I ordered the 32 ounce and it wasn't even full, a decent amount was missing out of it. (Pics will be attached) I used the restroom to wash my hands after I received my order. I turned the hot water on for a little bit to wash my hands, got the soap and started to wash my hands and IMMEDIATELY stopped because the water so HOT it literally BURNT my skin!!! I do not understand why the water has to get that hot at a smoothie shop? (Pics will be attached) The steam from the water was ridiculous... The only reason for 2 stars is because the order was extremely fast, and the store was decently clean. WILL NOT EVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!!! Good luck to those who go here, I hope your experience is better than mine. DO NOT RECOMMEND...

Terrible experience. I pulled up after placing a curbside order. No one was in the store but the two associates working, a young dark haired young woman and a dark haired young man. I called to let them know we were outside once the order was complete. I watched them make the order and then stand there laughing, talking, washing dishes and engaging with each other. There were other people with me. We wondered if and when they would bring our 40 Oz drinks out. They didn't. I call back again to remind me then we're outside, they look at each other and let the phone go to voicemail mail. I called 3 times to get a refund since it was apparent it was deliberate because not one customer was in the store. As I drove off, a customer came. I just finished coming from a procedure which was the reason we ordered curbside and couldn't get out the car because wasn't feeling well. We order here all the time and this has never happened. Just terrible. I've been calling since 8:04 and the phone is going straight to voicemail now....

This is a clean, well ran, and quick location for your smoothie king needs. I enjoyed my berry blast smoothie, great quality and consistency. This location has an interesting parking situation. Street parking up front and a parking garage behind the store location. Note there is no handicap parking up front. There is a ramp to the north of the store for wheelchairs. I would park in the garage and take the ramp from there. Careful parking on the street as this is a tight and busy street. Bathroom at location was clean and wheelchair...
