Today was my boyfriend and I’s first time at this location and WOW- we are impressed! The atmosphere is calming and I could absolutely see myself doing paperwork or just hanging out on my laptop here in the future. The employees were all SO nice and greeted us upon arrival and Jonathan went above and beyond in helping me pick out a drink when I told him about my caffeine restrictions and was happy to inform me on the caffeine content of different drinks. Three times now they have not created the Carmel Frappaccino's to taste very good. My kids always look forward to them on Fridays after school. After trying theirs, I agree....they suck!!! How do they forget caramel in the Caramel Frappaccino? They were, each time, embarrassed to go back in to complain (as high school kids can be). This time I am done with that location. I order the same simple drink and it’s made wildly different every time. I’m always patient as I worked in the food/service industry. But the staff here takes constructive feedback (my drink was made incorrectly) as complaining and as a result are rude and does not correct the consistent error(s).
