Saturday 10/4 120pm stopped there after making an on the go order about seven minutes my fiance arrived to go in and get the order. He came out after a few minutes asking if I had made the order to that location. They were saying the rider wasn't made to the correct location so he came to get my phone, showed them the phone order and then waited for it to be completed.
They were so rude and disrespectful and gave us less than quality product. I had to go to the mobile at the highway to get my refreshers fixed since there was not a SINGLE ice cube in it. These ladies were mad because they missed a large order. My fiance said he would was grateful he was the one who went in due to the way they treated him. I am grateful God sent him in today because I would have had some very true but insulting things to say to such poor excuses of customer service professionals. To the park hill staff today- do better, get out of the customer service field if you dislike yourself and your job that much that you lack the capability to do the basic function of it. Management- do better, hire people who can put ice in a cup, fill it to the pink line w base and then put in the lemonade. Read moreI had a planned event at work and needed 9.5 dozen donuts and two 50 count munchkins. I called the night before and they said the manager had gone home already, but they would call her to check to make sure everything was ok as she put the order in for the next day already. I received a call back and was told Dorie actually on her own time took it upon herself to drive to the kitchen to ensure we had enough of the Halloween Festive donuts! She went above and beyond! Then when I called in the morning she said all the donuts were there and she was sorry, but did not receive the request for 250 munchkins and we do not have enough of those. I said oh my! No I asked for two 50 count munchkins. She said oh that isn't a problem at all! She was so delightful and she just said I wanted to make sure we met your needs! She met and exceeded them! Read moreI’ve refrained from doing a review for a long time because this is the closest dunks to my morning route, but the complete lack of ability to serve customers has just gotten ridiculous. You either wait 15+ min for your coffee, and/or your order is completely wrong! Today we placed a mobile order more than 10 ,minutes before getting there and when I got to the window we were handed one of our items and waved on. I said no there were two more things on our order and the young lady at the counter got annoyed with me, asked what they were because they NEVER MADE THEM AND DIDNT HAVE THE ORDER SLIP ANYMORE, and then we were STILL handed the wrong things. All in all we placed the order at 3:51 and were not given our entire correct order until after 4:20, at which point I had gone inside and THEY HAD NOT EVEN STARTED THE DRINK.
