Holmes Dining Commons — Restaurant in Fitchburg

I want to share an experience I just had because it was terrible start to finish. This is in 3 parts:

Freshens: I ordered a drink from Freshens at ~8pm online. I love one of their drinks. It was not even started until 8:40.

Burger 978: I ordered a burger with only ketchup (remember for later) and a large curly fries. Once both of these items were completed, the person working there did not give them to me and instead worked on other people's food and put it all out at once. Additionally, the burger was burnt almost to a crisp, which I wouldn't complain much about if they allowed for cooking time preferences.

Checkout: When all was said and done, I went to the checkout, without a bag for any of my items. I told the cashier that I had already paid for the drink, but not anything else. The cashier did not bother to read the label on my hamburger and proceeded to try to charge me for cheese and bacon that were not on my sandwich. I pointed this out to them and all I got was an "Oh OK" as if he hadn't just tried to negligently overcharge me because he couldn't be assed to read a label.

I used to go here a lot. I don't know if I will anymore.

The standards of this place are lower than low, the most edible thing you can eat there are the rats and cockroaches scurrying u see the floor boards. The actual food there is borderline torture to eat, and I've gotten food poisoning countless times. Not only is this restaurant God awful but it can deteriorate your health as well.
