Fitchburg Dog Park — Attraction in Fitchburg

Very well kept, and a sanctuary for local owners. Lots of donated toys and dog smiling faces. Several water fountains and covered benches for humans. Please give as much respect as you wish to receive. Bring your own poop bags. There usually is bags there for public consumption. But if there isn’t, make sure you have your own. And absolutely take care of what ever your dogs wants to leave there. You WILL be called out for any suspicion. You also WILL gain some amazing new friends if you’re honest. 1st month in Fitchburg. Beautiful park, well maintained and great even in winter. So far everyone I've met at the park has been great and the dogs are overall well behaved. People seem to be following the posted rules and cleaning up after their dogs. It can get muddy and a towel is always recommended! There is never any dogs. The picture that is included with this location has to be from an event. I took my dog to this park many times. Yes there are people walking there dogs but no one is ever in the dog play area. I had one couple stop me and ask about the park because they wanted to get their dog socialized and told them the same thing I am writing in this review. I wish more events took place there...
