Edi came highly recommended, so I knew I could trust her when looking for a seamstress to alter my (quite heavy and somewhat challenging) wedding dress. My dress had several components that needed to be adjusted, and Edi exceeded my expectations. I returned to try on my dress about 2-3 weeks later and everything was PERFECT so I was able to bring it home that day.

Aside from being a great seamstress, Edi is kind, compassionate, and creative. She had many ideas on what would work best, but also was open to my input and was willing to bring any of my ideas to life. Her early morning hours also made it easy to pop in before work.

I had the best experience at Prime Thread! From the very first time I walked, I heard our wedding song playing I knew she was the tailor for me! Let alone the conversations had in there and the blessing she spoke over my now husband and I. She was so sweet, talked me through everything she was thinking & heard out my every request.

Turn around time was AMAZING!! Only took about a month( probably not even a full month) Don’t get me started on pricing, I was expecting to send way more than I did! Not only did she do my wedding dress but my maid of honor and both flower girls and they all came out FLAWLESS! If you’re looking for a tailor DO NOT PASS ON HER!!

I am a person with special needs. I have short arms and need a good tailor to alter my coats and long sleeved shirts to fit me, and to make it look nice. It is so rare to find a tailor that understands my needs because I have really chunky upper arms and my wrists are tiny, so it takes a special talent to take in the material before attaching the cuffs to the end of the sleeve. I dropped a coat off last week, and I saw how busy she was, I expected it to take longer, but she called first thing this morning to let me know it was ready.
