Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Five Forks

Picked up breakfast for family on the way home from work. Service was nice and quick and accurate. UPDATE: 12-10-21, I frequent this jack in the box because its the only one between my house and my job, and usually everything is perfect, the food and the service but last night i stopped on my way to work and i initially ordered a grilled chicken salad, he said they didnt have one, so i asked for the side salad, he said they didnt have that either, he said that they only had a southwest salad and he didnt know when it was made. So i ended up ordering a jumbo jack, 5 pieces nugget and some churros. I ate the jumbo jack on the way to work. I checked my bag before i went into work, i didnt get my churros,i got 5 nuggets and a small order of fries. The main reason im writing this update is after i ate the jumbo jack, a little bit later my stomach started feeling really bad, eventually i ended up vomiting , it was really bad. I was fine before i ate it. I dont konw it they are selling old food or what, but im not going back to that one. I threw thw nuggets and the old fries away, even if i had gotten the churros,i wouldnt have eaten them. Very disappointed and stll feeling the effects. UPDATE: Lately nobody answers the drive thru, the doors are locked, theres always a car there but nobody serves you. Lights are on but thrre is no staff,to be seen. I dont know whats going on. One night I got mo answer at the speaker sp I went to the window,there was a truck in front of the window, I waited like 10 min, he never moved, he didn't get an order. So I pull out to leave ,he leaves too, so Im thinking maybe he finally got his order si I go back around to speaker, still no answer. I still see lines there every night but I'm not sure they are...

This used to be a good place. Ever since the covid shutdown, it is common for the place to be closed because they don't have employees. When employees are present, they are not working. So, we simply don't visit anymore.

This is my pre-covid review: My family has breakfast here often because, at 6:30am, it is the only choice for a quick breakfast between home and school. Until recently, the experience was as good as it could be. Our orders were correct. The staff was nice. The restaurant was clean. In September, 2016, the management changed. The staff left. The new staff has yet to get a single order correct. In my opinion, it isn't that hard to understand the difference between sausage and bacon. On our last visit, I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. I saw that my receipt said sausage, egg, and cheese. I told her that it is supposed to be bacon, egg, and cheese. She went back to talk to the cook. Then, she gave me a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. I talked to the manager about it and she said that she is trying to train the staff to get orders correct, but it will take time. In my opinion, the current management is sub-par. I hope they get new management soon...

Workers are very rude apparently the dm and store manager told them to close early at 11 I pulled up at 11:07 no signs no nothing to indicate that they were closed I sat there for 5 minutes then was saying hello?? Over and over for about 10 more minutes, finally I went up to the window and some very overweight white male i think had a little beard but now a days you can’t assume, anyways I rolled up to the window and he threw the lids he was stocking and yelled through the window “we’re closedddd” so I asked why and he said boo-boo if you can’t understand we’re closed then idk what you want, I again said who told y’all to close and don’t call me boo-boo, he said booboo because I want to be home I was supposed to be at home at 11, I again said don’t call me boo boo I ain’t one of y’all and so you wanna go home early so you close the store, he said yes now leaveee Just very unprofessional and definitely not someone who should be...
