Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Five Forks

Food is great but service is sub par and hit or miss. Ordered Jet bread, 2 orders of boneless wings and a side of ranch. They forgot to bring the ranch that I paid for. Previous time I ordered a meatball jet we which came cold and cheese was not melted. I called and spoke to the manager. I told her that the sandwich was cold and the cheese wasn't melted. She tried to tell me that I was wrong and that I was just seeing the grated romano cheese on top. I said um no...this is mozzarella cheese that is NOT melted. She said well it should be, it went through a 400 degree oven. I said there is absolutely no way. I had to drive my sandwich back to prove my point and then she will wanted to argue. She finally made me another sandwich. I don't agree with the statement the customer is always right...but in this case the proof was right in front...

People who don’t love jets just don’t get what they do! Sure you can order the normal round pizza and have a fantastic pizza. But people on here complaining about the crunchy squares…that is the standout for jets. The round pizzas will beat sidewall or rapid fire or dominos or any other one for sure. The square pizzas will blow your mind if you like soft fluffy crust worth crunchy corners and caramelized cheese around the edge. It is very famous and other parts of the country. We were so excited when we found one locally after being in Tennessee and moving here. I just hope that people around here can catch on...

Be careful if you order online. If you click the "Bold Fold", which is described as "6 Slices (Large Pizza) made with our NY Style Crust, Premium Mozzarella Cheese, & Bold Pepperoni," what you'll get is a cheese pizza unless you tell it to add pepperonly, apparently. At least that's what I got. What kind of online ordering system is that?

Then I called to ask about it and got an "I',m sorry. Does your confirmation say Bold fold?" It does. "IN our system it says cheese. I'm sorry." That's all you got?

Ate a slice because I'm hungry. There's better cheese pizza...
