
My first eight times here, everything went flawlessly--always during the week. Today for the first time, I went on a Sunday and multiple things went wrong. First of all, I waited for my phone to tell me, "It's ready!" and when 15 minutes passed and it still wasn't ready, I went in and continued to wait. They were swamped! Finally, I asked, and they found a hot drink cup in the S section (my name) with "Ask us" on it. (I had ordered an iced drink). The employees discussed this and didn't know why somebody had written that on it. Then they thought they were out of Royal English Breakfast, but the girl decided to look in back and found more. Then she asked me if I was sure I wanted 4 tea bags for a Venti because she said that would be too strong. (I've ordered this drink 8 times before and it was perfect.) I said I was sure. She made the drink a size larger because she said the extra liquid would balance out more tea bags. It wasn't good. And it took half an hour. Only during the week...
   Read moreDrive thru took especially long for 5:30 pm on a Saturday. Ordered two standard frappuchino drinks; nothing special about them. Waited at the window for at least 5 minutes before another employee (male), besides the regular one (female) at the window, asked what we had, only to hand us one of the drinks that has been sitting at the window with the previous employee. The previous employee returns to hand us our second drink, we asked for napkins (considering we weren't handed any to begin with), employee turns around, shuts the window, grabs the napkins as we can see them in her hand and chats with fellow employees for at least 3 minutes! We couldn't reach the window to knock and saw no sign that the employee was going to be done chatting to turn around, open the window and hand us the napkins. If it takes that long to get napkins, it's no wonder the drive-thru...
   Read moreIt was 9:50am this morning and the window worker said his name is TJ wasnât respectful, didnât type in my order said it was someone elseâs fault( which it was him and his voice and thatâs a lie) the drink was wrong and to reload my card messed up on that, I responded with oh wow. He said back to me âyou donât have to be rude about that. Well first I wasnât rude, itâs just that he complained about someone else which I think Iâm just a customer and I should hear that, second he wasnât listening and didnât take correct order and shouldnât have said Iâm rude when I said nothing rude. Just surprised someone like him works at the window but I said nothing to him just âoh wowâ. I come every day to get my coffee, and I no longer want to come to that location.
