I did a mobile order where I ordered many things including three orders of egg rolls. The egg rolls come two per order, but we only received three egg rolls total to the tune of almost $13! We called the store after driving all the way home and we were told we could come back and they would remake them for us. When we got back to the store we had to wait in the drive-thru a very long time, and they argued with us that they had originally gotten the order right, so they only gave us three additional egg rolls when we were promised they would all be remade. At that point we had three cold egg rolls and three warm egg rolls. It blows my mind that a place of business can mess up simple math so much to the point that we had to explain why the order was not right, and the employees still didn’t understand what was wrong with the order. I also find it frustrating that a place of business expects someone to drive back to them so they can make an order right but offer no sort of compensation for my time and gas. And to be honest, the salad I paid $11 for was disgusting and filled with crumbs of chicken. I will not be back to this...
Read moreI’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your Zaxby’s location at Batesville Rd Simpsonville, which occurred on 7/10 and around 6p.
I ordered a Wings and Things meal with traditional wings, along with cheesecake bites. After placing the order, I was asked to pull forward and wait. I waited for quite some time while watching numerous other cars receive their orders and leave.
Eventually, I called the store to check on the status of my order and was told that they believed they had given my food away by mistake. I was then informed it would take another three minutes to cook the cheesecake bites. At that point, I chose to go inside and request a refund due to the delay and poor handling of the situation.
This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially given the time I had already spent waiting and the lack of clear communication. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I’ve generally enjoyed Zaxby’s...
Read moreA nightmare! Drive the short distance to the next Zaxby’s - trust me, it will be worth it. Went at 7:00 on a Saturday night, drive-thru line wasn’t terribly long and moved at an average pace. Had an order for 5 people so fairly large, and the woman taking the order was totally incompetent. Had us wait forever before even taking the order, then had to be corrected/repeated to several times. The worst part was receiving the food - they forgot 2 of the drinks, a meal, and a side. After several eyerolls they finally gave us everything, and the wings meal only had three wings in when it was supposed to be 5. One of us had to go in to get it corrected, and the employee fixing it in the back said “she probably just ate them.” So rude!! The food quality wasn’t even as good as other locations in the end, either. Wings were plain with a little sauce splashed on, and other items appeared thrown together too. Will not be back to this one...
