Dunkin' — Restaurant in Flagg Township

Just had the most unreal experience. Only been here twice. Both times the line took incredibly long with only minimal cars. This time, I got the privilege of watching the train wreck through the window as I had to sit there for an additional 15 minutes (sat in the line for a total of 25 mins, ordering was quick, the wait time was after ordering). Could not get the drinks right (1 decaf coffee and 1 Smores drink), had to wait for the coffee to be brewed. Watched as they ran around not really preparing anything really. They would pick up cups and such without actually doing anything (notably fingers in cups every single time and they touched so many). Liquid and ice cubes dripping off the counter. Gave me a s’mores drink was not a s’mores drink, just a black iced coffee. Didn’t know anything about a s’mores drink. If they didn’t have it just say so that would have been fine. Couldn’t accept the black coffee instead (although I thought about it to get this whole thing over with). Asked for a frozen hot chocolate, they gave me half of one in a large cup. Was surreal watching...

This poor, poor Dunkies. It's been a place this town has wanted for years. Now it's here and I don't see the doors staying open for long. I typically do not wright negative reviews...but I am going to agree with other reviews of this location. You can order the same drink 10 days in a row...AT THE COUNTER FACE TO FACE, and 9 times it will be wrong. I can never make myself correct them when I see it start out wrong. I have to just stand there in disbelief until they finish and I just look at what they have handed me and they know they screwed up again lol. Also they are out of items more than they are in stock. I really thought for a while that they were like a mini DD, like they don't offer the full line of products. But no they are just out of stock lol. How can a DD be out of large cups, whipped cream, and caramel all in the same day😂😂😂. I have to put this entire rant on MANAGEMENT. I don't know them personally but the owners or the managers or both just don't care. But hey, when your the only one in town...everybody wants...

Update. It’s been 3 years since my last review and it’s still terrible. The worst DD I’ve ever been to for efficiency and organization of service. I ordered 10 minutes out and waited inside for 10 minutes to get all code with nothing in it and an iced drink that’s juice poured over ice. My sandwich was ready upon arrival though. And they just kept taking orders from the window belt filling mine. BS. Crazy terrible.

Disappointed to the extent that I don't go there. My routine is an XL coffee plain ordered on the app at least 10 minutes out to be picked up inside. When I get there, the empty cup is sitting there and I wait for it behind the people in the drive through window. Maybe some poor change of routine?Defeats the purpose of the mobile ordering option, right? There is no simpler drink and I like it to sit there a bit a cool down. Just...
