Drive there tonight and place an order about 30 minutes ago. We ordered two double filet o fish meals, large, 13 cookies and requested that it be made fresh. When we got to the window to pay, they told us NO ONE knew how to make cookies and they didn’t have enough so they had to issue a refund for them. First red flag. We live three minutes from the place, got home and noticed the food was not fresh NOR was it double filets. We went back and had them remake the order. Got back home the second time and noticed only one sandwich was made correctly, the other was made as a single filet. We called and explained the mistake, the person who we spoke too was very reluctant to take full accountability for the mistake claiming she watched the person make it. Well you watched him make it wrong. The same person who issued the refund for the cookies claimed she could not issue one for the full meal. Claimed to call her GM and said we’d have to wait until the morning before we could get a refund. It’s 11 o’clock on a Saturday night. $21 dollars for food wasted, not to mention the damn near $6/gal gas wasted going back and forth. This Mc Donald’s needs to be shut down, all bad reviews and no accountability for anything. Also Rachael is the name of the person that answered the phone and is a manager but does not know how to make cookies. Read moreDrove from Ashton to Rochelle to get McDonalds, my order had 3 triple cheese burgers with only ketchup, and cheese. My receipt showed that the order was put in correctly. I checked the bag to make sure I had right amount of things and left, I didnt think my burgers would be messed up since it was correctly entered into the computer. I got home to find all 3 burgers had pickles, onions, and mustard. There were two tickets on each burger, one that specifically said only cheese, only ketchup, and another that said only ketchup, only pickle. Which still doesnt account for the onion or mustard? They were however busy, and I understand it is easy to mess things up during a rush, just sad that not only were the tickets not paid attention too BUT they kind of just made up what goes on them? So upon returning to Ashton, and ready to eat, discovering that my food was not close to what I had ordered and paid for but was completely disgusting. Picked as much of the onions and extra stuff off as I could, but was not the same. I do feel bad, as some employees were trying extremely hard to fill the orders and demands of the customers, but this could of been a potentially dangerous mistake, if someone were allergic to an ingredient and asked for it to be removed from their food but had recieved it anyways. Read moreI bought two iced coffees, and went back for two fillet fish and two fries. Manager suggested to a worker to help four in line to use automated system instead of human. The girl was helping someone else. I tried to use those automated ordering inside store and had the fish sandwich in the system, manager I presumed came over and tried to help find the fries and add those. She proceeds and adds two more fish filets. I told her I already had two in the order and she goes to the payment screen. There are 4 filet of fish and two fries. She acts like she doesn't understand when I tell her there are 4 and that I said I already had two in the order. Finally I just got fed up after waiting in line and then trying to use that system and could have waited and let the human cashier do the job. Wasted time. Manager came back to my table and said she ordered but by that time I'm mad. I don't need it now! Sorry but if you cant understand me I can move along to the next...
