McDonald's — Restaurant in Flint Charter Township

We stopped to get breakfast before taking my grandson to the doctor,we went to McDonald's on Ballenger I ordered my grandson a big breakfast meal,I thought they used too come with eggs,sausage,pancakes and a roll.Well as much money as the Ballenger Road McDonald's is making they have changed the big breakfast menu"No pancakes are in them.YOU have too tell them "YOU" want pancakes. Then we start to eat and my #4 breakfast is so "dry",I can't choke it down even with a drink. So we Drive back around to pay almost $4 for the pancakes,and we get back to park and "I Kid You Not" No syrup. Come on Ballenger Road McDonald's "YOU" have to get it together." Both of Us were really upset. So after getting out my car to walk to the door"it was locked" So I had to apologize and say excuse "Me" to get to the drive thru windows and get 2 syrups when the pancakes only come with 1 syrup. I offered to pay for an extra one but the line had 3 cars waiting,so she gave it to us free. I was really pissed,I'm going too go there 1 more time too see if the service has improved. That particular McDonald's was "our" favorite one but...

TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL.

I know fast food is fast food but, this location is the ABSOLUTE worst.

They claim they are 5am-2am but I show up at. 5:15 and they tell me its closed but they’re in there standing around doing nothing. Next time Im taking a video. (assuming I ever go back) Not only do they reject service but they forget my orders 80% of everytime I have went there. I’d rather drive all the way to grand blanc or clio for fast food thats made and served right.

And lets assume for a minute that this location doesnt open at 5am, Why does google say that mcdonalds set their own hours last week? Why are there 2 lazy employees doing nothing for an hour (assuming they open at 6) ??

The other mcdonalds I went to was actually closed but this ballenger hwy location was just simply not doing their job

I hope the managers read these reviews and acknowledge that they or their employees are lazy jokes, but knowing Flint and anyone who works in Flint, no one cares and the managers are probably the source of...

On N Saginaw St in Mt Morris. I was able to sit in drive thru for about 6 mins before deciding which drive thru lane I wanted to go thru. But, alas, another customer came up behind me so I had to make a snap decision. I chose Lane 1. DING DING DING!!! We have a loser! As I pulled up behind the car in Lane 1 that's already been ordering for about 6 mins, car in Lane 2 at speaker, pulls up to pay. The car that was BEHIND me pulls over to Lane 2 to order. Then pulls up to pay. So another car pulls up into Lane 2 to order. Then pulls up to pay. I'm STILL behind the 1st car in Lane 1. So, ANOTHER car pulls into Lane 2 to order then pulls up to pay. Finally I get to pull up to order. And pull up to pay. After 4 cars order and pay before me I am so 😠. Then to top it all off.....yep, you guessed it, THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG!!! They used to be very good but now? Not so good. And they want $15/HR?. Make yourself worth...
