Subway — Restaurant in Flora Township

Was not impressed. Food was really overpriced, the bread and veggies were not fresh, and when I paid by credit card, the cashier working decided she had earned a tip and reached across from the register to the credit card machine and gave herself a 20% tip.

I was in a hurry and didn't want to waste time reversing a $2.00 tip nor do I want to waste time disputing a $2.00 charge with my credit card company. I'm all for tipping and would have tipped her, but she should not be reaching across and giving herself a tip. She was lightening fast doing that too, definitely not the first time she has done that.

Between this place being so low quality and the Starbucks no longer being in the Oasis, I will be finding another pit stop on I-90 before I reach Chicago. This used to be my go to stop before I hit Chicago, it will...

Absolutely the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. I ordered 2 wraps through the app on August 28, 2025. The prices were nearly double compared to other Subway locations across the country. The toaster wasn’t working, so everything was served cold. Both wraps were tiny, with barely any filling – only a couple of pieces of meat and very few vegetables, even though I added extras. The wraps were about 1/3 the size of what I normally get at other Subways.

Recently ordered delivery. Actually asked for a different local subway but somehow got changed to this one. Meatballs were mostly cold, like they tried to heat them just by toasting the sandwich. Only half of one meatball sandwich was actually hot. Seriously, if you don't have enough meatballs reject the order or ask for a different sandwich to be picked. They completely messed up my son's sandwich. I never go to this location for takeout and now I'll apparently never order delivery either since this location gets picked for us. Seriously...
