Bucciferro Family McDonald’s — Restaurant in Flora Township

I rarely go to to this McDonald’s because of how unintelligent these workers are …..every single time I go there they always get my order wrong. I don’t know how they can get confused from a chicken sandwich to a 10 piece nugget when I literally said at least five times a chicken sandwich, and the girl kept saying, uhhh you want a 5 piece nugget then I ordered a medium iced coffee and then proceeded to give me a small iced coffee and it wasn’t even the iced coffee that I wanted then another occasion A Frappuccino, which was a certain flavor, then gives me a whole different other size and a different flavor of the Frappuccino I was so over to the point I didn’t even go back to make a big deal out of it and when about my day but the fact that I’m literally ordering one or two items and they can’t even get that correct order just shows how much they pay attention, which is literally nothing clearly But again, not surprised, cause the whole McDonald’s. There is run by a bunch of teenagers Who haven’t even graduated...

The absolute worst experience that I have had at McDonald's in Illinois. The service was very impatient and rude. ((Female drive thru cashier)) without even completing my order in the middle of my order I was asked is that all, when not in agreeance with what the drive-thru cashier interrupted to disagree with me, the night morning manager Giovanni was just as worst!!!! After receiving my food, in which I was very hungry, I was very uncomfortable with proceeding to eat my order, within 5 minutes of eating my order my lips broke into blisters, and my arms and hands in hives!!! ((some benefit of doubt)) The worst McDonald's experience of my life!!!!!!! The guy with the La Familia tattoo on his left arm was coughing all over the drive-thrus next order......Terrible Experience.....Just Terrible....We will confront the owner and have reported to Better...

Now normally they are good but tonight no they were so bad, so I ordered a coke icee after work I paid for it and was waiting for it there was a trunk in front of me waiting for fries because I had my window down and I over heard them. I waited behind the trunk for 3 minutes knowing my icee was already down so the trunk finally left and I pulled up sure either I was right it was sending there then I wait for another 5 minutes to get my icee because the supervisor who was at the window was making sure she got the other ordered behind me ready as well, I was so angry and I asked for another one because it was basically coke on the bottom and she said she was to busy Seriously you made me wait and you won't get...
