Panera Bread — Restaurant in Flora Township

Went with my father on 04/04 at around 10:30ish the Panera area was dead, we were there only customers at this time. I asked to get French bread instead of the chips on the side on my order. Short Lady with short blonde hair took my order and even repeated my order back to me, which I agreed everything was right including the French bread on the side. Once she handed me my order, they put chips on the side instead. I told her “I’m sorry but I asked for French bread on the side not chips” she raised her voice and said “no you said chips” took my bag upset threw away the chips and asked the cook for French bread. Stopped in to treat myself to a bacon egg and cheese bagel. Ask for the egg to be scrambled well. When I got back to my car the egg was up and barley cooked. Talk about serving salmonella. I walk back in and returned it I was told give them 10 minutes and they could put a new egg on it. First problem I didn't have ten minutes. I went here for a stop on a road trip and ordered the grilled Mac and cheese. When I got it, I realized it was actually the barbecue chicken so I kindly asked for them to get me the right order. They were very nice about it. But then when the lady up front told the lady in the kitchen to get the “Grilled Mac and cheese,” she without hesitation, gave me the plain grilled cheese.
