Panda Express — Restaurant in Flora Township

Worst online order experience I have ever had in my life. If your NOT equipped to do online orders then DO NOT offer online ordering. I ordered. Came in when it was “supposed” to be ready. Came to get it and go. NOPE. NOT even ready. They didn’t even know I had made an order. I had to wait in line like everybody else for an order that was supposed to have been made 10 mins prior. Just unacceptable. I WILL NOT be coming back to this Panda Express ever again. And to make things even worse. The food was salty. Vegetables were NOT cooked properly. It’s like they jus cooked the meat & said the H.E.L.L. with everything else. Y’all need to do better this...

This is the worse Panda I have ever been to. Poor customer service, Stephanie and Jonathan were very rude to my family and I today. Starring at us while questioning amongst themselves what we were starring at. When I asked what they had said they both just laugh and walk away. Another employee which I did not catch her name apologize to me and asked that they come help me. The only reason I still purchase from them is because my kids wanted to eat noodles from here. When I asked the Cashier for their names and a number where I can call to complain she stated they didn't have one. Will never visit this...

Frustrated because I placed an online order for pickup, but had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to cook the food. Also overheard the employee say to another "I usually like to make online orders when no one is here." Usually I am not picky about customer service, but this was a little outrageous.
