Sbarro Belvidere Tollway Oasis — Restaurant in Flora Township

ATTENTION

I had visited this establishment not long ago while on the way to Rockford and the unprofessionalism of this place is atrocious. The manger (woman) was yelling at her staff as the cashier was helping me at the register which was the 1st red flag. The second red flag one of the gentlemen handling the pizzas had his AirPods in while working and the manager doesn’t seem to care which is a serious health issue; I should of left after that. I paid for my pizza, and the helpful cashier apologized for what I had witnessed. The cherry on top of all this was my pizza was undercooked and at this point I had lost my appetite. I will not be returning to this location until there there is more professionalism of management and the serious health issues of the pizza handler wearing AirPods while working. Had a problem at this location. You are charged a credit card fee, from a small handwritten sign at the register, then charged a tip unless you can see under the tapped over numbers to select your own tip or no tip. Then they were out of straws, out of napkins, out of lids, and when attempting to speak w/ customer service corp you are ignored. Do not waste your money...
