Dynasty Express — Restaurant in Florence

As an unbiased Google reviewer, I will say that this restaurant 100% does not disappoint! My review will evolve with more visits, but everything we had ordered was 100% spot on, and much better than most Americanized Chinese in the area. The grand finale to my short review is that the food was the most fresh Chinese food that I have had in a long time, you could tell all ingredients were fresh, and whoever prepared those ingredients into our amazing meals definitely knew what they were doing! It is very seldom I will say that a restaurant had new flaws, but this restaurant definitely hit 100% on every checkpoint! !

Ordered a simple lunch special of kung pao chicken and an appetizer of the boneless spare ribs. To continue my review I wanted to try the restaurant during busy lunch hours, when prices are a bit lower and business is flowing. Many restaurants have a tendency to drop a bit in quality and Portion during lunch, unfortunately that's the case here. Dynasty has lost my 5 stars. The fact that my kung pao chicken had breaded chicken almost like it was washed off from a General Tso I almost feel that they were angry at me because they know I am a reviewer. It literally looks like washed off pieces of breaded chicken. After a few bites I was afraid to eat. They have given up on authentic lomein and use walmart linguine noodles. Pictures to follow. Where in the world does breaded chicken come in kung pao chicken. This was nearly insulting as I spend a lot of money at this restaurant. Shame on you. I should have known when there are four Mexican Cooks in the kitchen of a Chinese restaurant. Might be good at authentic Mexican but I don't want some washed off Chinese lunch. Boneless ribs smelled putrid and damn near inedible. Last meal was amazing, now I question the sheer safety of even eating at this establishment. I wanted to give myself a pat on the back for doing some house cleaning, so I googled "local Chinese delivery." I picked this place. I was disappointed that there were no photos of what the food was. You'd think with a website, they could add photos of the food. They deliver and you can order online The prices were reasonable. I don't see any difference between sm and lg portions. They both came in the same sized containers and all the rice was also the same sized container. There was also no option for no rice and only pay for the main dishes. I ended up with more rice than I want to eat. All of my food was hot and seemed freshly made. All the containers they used for food and sauce were filled to the top. The fried rice in indeed just yellowed rice and it's $.75 more too. The sweet and sour chicken was fine. The steamed chicken with broccoli was fine. I ordered at 8pm and although it said it could be 1h, I got it at 8:32. The pineapple chicken was soggy (because they added sauce over fried breading) = I don't know why I ordered egg drop soup. Extremely disappointing. To be fair the delivery service was fine, and the Pork Lo Mein was eatable. Ordering on the phone was disturbing. The person taking the order was nearly impossible to understand and bordered on rude. The Gen Tso chicken was the worst I've ever had. The chicken was WAY OVERCOOKED with the texture of dehydrated meat, tough and flavorless. The sauce had the wrong flavor palette. The hot and sour soup was missing several seasonings and generally poor. The egg rolls were non existent!
