I’m disappointed. I have sent this Burger King a lot of business and that stops now. I just deleted my Burger King app after they cheated my client and refused to make our order right. We triple checked our order before placing it online and the website must have malfunctioned or they did something while filling the order because were two Sandwiches left off the order and the two we did get were not as ordered at all! The hamburger had no sauce of any kind. We are not impressed. So, I called and got a rude girl who said her name is Destiny who claimed to be the manager. I was super nice but she did not care about what I had to say. She didn’t care that the error was their mistake. She refused to fix it, and when I asked for her to give my number to the owner she said he does not call or take calls. It was clear she has no clue on how to provide even a basic level of customer service. They shorted us 2 sandwiches which we ordered extra condiments on, plus a large onion ring. My client trusted them and even tipped $10! Yet, Destiny and Burger King chose to lose my business and my clients business. This girl had such an holy than though attitude….acting like she was something special. She kept bragging that she was the manager🤦🏻♀️ She also acted like I didn’t understand that the owner was a CEO! She stated that he doesn‘t have time to talk on the phone. My daughter is a CEO and she is always on the phone! I have owned companies and I always made time to speak with customer if there was an issue. A smart business owner always has time for customer feedback. If you want bad service, cold food, or would like to pay for something you don’t get, then you might like the Florence...
Read moreAbsolutely, hands down, worst Burger King! I can not even fathom how this business is still open! My kids and I went through the drive-thru at 10:17pm (late night sport event) waited 18mins just to get to the speaker with only 2 cars ahead of me! Once at the speaker I’m greeted with a “I’ll be with you in a min” another 5/6 mins goes by, I start ordering (2 bacon cheddar whopper burgers) she says “I’m sorry I only have 1 whooper patty” so I say ok I’ll just get one and order something else (chicken wrap) go to order a whopper jr and she says let me see if I have any.. says she has 1, ok I’ll take it. Get to the window she doesn’t say ANYTHING, is pouring drinks, walks away, comes back and asks a question on how I ordered the whopper jr. Goes back to the back, yells from the back that they are out of chicken.. another worker comes to the window to tell me that they don’t have the chicken for the wrap I ordered! They had NO FOOD COOKED but stay open until midnight!!! I asked them to just take it off of my order since I still hadn’t even paid, no sorry, no offer to give me something else instead, NOTHING! Finally got what remained of our order at 10:41pm. This was beyond an absolutely...
Read moreThis place is a joke. First of all, they advertise a $5 meal. Not just on TV, IN THE RESTAURANT. Then when you go to pay you get, oh, I’m sorry, the area we live in costs more so we are charging $6 for this meal. Why TF would you keep the price on the board $5? Now, it’s just a dollar, right? It’s also a 20% increase in price. So you accept it because you actually walked to BK instead of drive and there isn’t anywhere close by to get food. Better be the best damn Whopper I’ve had. Nope, the whopper was falling apart in the wrapper, the chicken nuggets were cold and the fries were soggy. This place needs to leave the area. They offer nothing but garbage food (and I mean garbage food by Burger King standards, the bar is set pretty low) and are artificially penalizing us for where we live. The type of people who eat at Burger King are not the type of people who have drastically raised the cost of living for everybody here. This place is price gouging in its most blatant form. God, maybe if they had their ice cream machine it might be a horrible replacement for Dairy Queen, but a replacement...
