Such unique flavors and combinations. I normally have great instinct for good food and again i was right. We started out with the elk slider, curry chicken, korean pork belly and spanish prawn tacos. My husband loved the elk slider so much that he ordered the elk burger right after he finished his slider. The tacos were loaded with toppings. Warning, it will get messy! My favorite was the korean pork belly taco. I also decided to order more food and tried the steak taco and the seared ahi tuna taco. The tuna taco was my second favorite, to be place equal with the prawn taco. The owner gave us free potstickers since he saw us liked the food so much. The potstick wasnt anything special but the combination of coarse salt, pepper flakes, sesame seeds and spicy mayo(?) sauce was yummm. Another warning, everything here is heavily seasoned, i tasted a lot cumin in the meat, if you like bland food, this place is not for you, if you love seasoning, you will love Game Thyme. The customers are mostly locals and it usually sold out early, so be early! My husband marked down this place as one of his favorites and said we're gonna have to visit it whenever...

Game Thyme is a food truck experience like no other! From start to finish, everything was phenomenal. We indulged in the Korean pork belly taco, ahi tuna taco, and the avocado tempura taco, and each one was a masterpiece. The sauces were divine, so perfectly balanced that they elevated every bite.

However, the true star of the show was the Elk slider. The meat was incredibly tender and juicy, but the flavor was what truly set it apart—rich, bold, and unforgettable. The fried cheese added a fantastic, crispy touch that made the slider even more indulgent.

On top of the amazing food, the man running the truck made the experience even better. He was friendly, engaging, and genuinely appreciative of our visit, which added a personal and welcoming touch to the meal.

Everything here is pretty good, but nothing is "blow your mind" good. I've eaten here quite a bit and have tried a lot of their menu. I've not been disappointed in any of it, but I don't find myself particularly craving anything they make. Also, a lot of their food tastes like it is cooked with the same seasoning profile. It is a good seasoning/flavor, but sometimes you want to grab three or four items and actually feel like you ordered three or four different things. A little more variety in how they season their food would probably make this a five star place to...
