Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florence

I’ll let my name be known I don’t care haha this is the worst franchise I’m ever been involved with. They clearly care more about profit than the health of the public and it’s disgusting. Forcing employees to serve EXPIRED FOOD so they can make food cost since they don’t have money then firing them if they refuse. Not to mention higher ups including the owner do not listen to a word their employees say unless it’s by Caren who kiss their a* to be in a management position that she has no business being in. She’s a bully to everyone and is a master manipulator. Do not be fooled by her kindness and fall for her bull* she will do whatever it takes for people to like her but in reality the whole town can’t stand her and this places has lost so much business just by promoting her. Caren’s ego is in Jupiter and it’s disgusting. She thinks she’s so much better than everyone in sight and treats people under her like dirt. I should also add that if your order is made by Caren, well be prepared to make a u-turn because damn near 95% of the orders she makes are incorrect because she’s too busy frantically running around trying to make it look like she knows what she’s doing. She has zero respect for others and higher ups will soon realize they screwed up. it won’t be long before this place is closed down. The people at this Taco Bell are always nice. Maybe not friendly, but not rude or anything. I've been there maybe 6 or 7 times. I would say it's normally very good. I typically go around 3pm. But the two times I've gone around 11-11:30pm (they close at midnight), it's been AWFUL. Not only do they look closed after 11pm (they turn every light off to look closed including the drive thru open sign and the main big sign outside) it always takes forever to make my food of two things. They forgot my straw both times and the food is always so so dry. I get a burrito and it's mostly tortilla. My quesadilla was literally all tortilla and barely any sauce and cheese. This last time, I tried a cheesy Gordita crunch it was definitely was crunchy. Wouldn't say cheesy at all. Barely any cheese that the hard shell wasn't even stuck to the other tortilla and of course, the sauce that it's supposed to have was non-existent. I wanted to give them a second chance late night, but it seems they don't want people to come late night because the slow service and awful food and the place looked so closed. Closing staff needs some major work. If you want to make money by keeping people come back, work on your customer service and consistency. I went through the drive thru for breakfast. Their sign wasn't turned the correct way. When I asked what was on the breakfast menu the girl had an attitude with me and instead of just having someone go out to flip the sign around she tried telling me what was on the menu, she did this so quickly you couldn't even tell what was what. I then asked her again to send someone out to flip the sign around so I could see what was on the menu. She then rudely tried telling me that she could explain what was in each item. This is the worst taco bell experience I have ever had. This taco bell has had trouble before but I have never been talked to so rudely before. This is outrageous that she did this. Then when I went inside to get items that they didn't put in my bag the same girl was talking badly about how rude I was being to her because she wouldn't stop talking long enough to listen to the customer and simply just send someone outside in the very beginning to flip a sign around that should've been flipped before they open. I totally understand people forgetting things but this girl was completely out of line with her customer service skills. I wish I could give them a zero...
