American Market — Local services in Florence

I’ve been going to this market for a while now, and as of today, gosh….I’m going to take my business elsewhere. There is an employee who seems to always be there during daytime hours. Their customer service is unpredictable. One day they are as nice as can be and then next day I’m being snapped at because I didn’t hear them correctly thru the plastic barrier at the counter. They were so curt it almost made me cry, because I’m such a frequent customer I thought maybe I’d be treated better, though no one else deserves to be snarked at in that way either. I'm the kind of person who gets excited there's a locally owned quick-stop on my ride home from work, but that changes when there's no bike parking and the staff won't let me bring it inside.
