China King — Restaurant in Florence

DO NOT !! 🚫 Eat in this excuse of a restaurant First of all the delivery driver seemed to be high on some sort of drugs Completely disgusting. we waited one hour and 10 mins for our food when the food got to our hotel it was spilled all over the bag plus the food was cold and we ordered a coke she told me she gave it to the previous delivery bye mistake so when we complained to the delivery driver she tried to convince me that's how it comes (cold) so she told us she take the food back I handed it right back to her so I decided to go hungry for the night then I receives a aggressive phone call approx an hour after from the delivery driver. So 10 mins after the phone call she bangs on my door at 11:30 wakes me and my kids up demanding money so she handed back the slops to me in a plastic bag and I just paid just to avoid arguments so me and my kids could get a sleep for the long road in the morning. I explained to her is that how u treat customers she replied with all our business is passerbys we don't care just like that tbh I have never experienced anything like it in my life Just beware and make a smart choice...

PLEASE READ!! Food was horrible! and the spare ribs were UNDERCOOKED! As soon as you walk in the parking lot it smelled like rotten eggs! China king is the only restaurant establishment around the area so you can only assume it’s coming from them. We ordered 3 plates for $40 the honey chicken with lo mien, spare ribs with fried rice, and the teriyaki chicken on a stick with lo mien. I took only a few bites and started having stomach pain, my husband literally SPIT his food out of DISGUST. We took the food back for a refund, both owners decided to argue and REFUSE a refund, they searched through our food and tore it apart yelling at us “prove what is wrong with the food” after 30 mins of trying to explain to them the food was bad the woman handed me $12 when our food was $40. Even after them searching through the food with their hands they tried to still offer it to us without a refund so I just left. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND TERRIBLE SERVICE! If I could give stars in the negative, I would. The food and customer service was TERRIBLE! The second you step out into the parking lot, you immediately smell rotting food… China King is the only restaurant in that area, so you can only assume where it’s coming from. My family and I ordered three plates: honey chicken w/lo mein, teriyaki chicken w/lo mein, & boneless spare ribs w/fried rice. All three plates tasted disgusting and the spare ribs weren’t even cooked all the way! Directly after taking a handful of bites, my sister immediately started complaining of her stomach hurting when she had been fine just minutes before taking a bite of her plate. We took the, barely touched, plates back asking for a refund but the owners refused to give us one after standing in the dining room and yelling over us for 30 minutes.
