Palmetto Subs — Restaurant in South Carolina

A visitor here on business I was really disappointed in the service as well as the menu items that were not available but yet we're on a board as if they were available. To pay back someone a refund that I owed them money on an error that they made not once but twice is downright disgraceful and uncouth. The customer service is lousy the food is subpar a few of the regular customers who complain when there's an issue with another person with me and talk or hold them up are there lunch break however you think with common sense people who are their lunch break for 30 minutes would not go to a restaurant or fast-food sub place that may take them possibly an hour to get out of due to the fact there's so much confusion and trying to nickel-and-dime everyone on every little single chip drink lettuce and or piece of meat. I really think a lot of critics she comes to visit this restaurant during lunch time around the hours of 11:30 a.m. to about 2:30 p.m. will you be very disappointed with the service that is given to you and also the inconsiderate actions of the employees that our staff at this establishment. An example of my horrible experience what I asked the lady at the cashier who wanted me to refund my change back to her as if I owed him money for something that cost as was stated in the first time when I made my purchase paying cash was I asked her to step outside and wait for the cashier to speak with her directly and in front of her without affecting The Waiting customers to place their order. Instead she chose to stay at the register and over talk customers especially when a current customer who wanted her damn food on a 30 minute lunch break. I think disestablishment easily put out of business or taken over by another chain that can actually do some justice to the service that it's actually not being offered. I wanna take a moment to really rate these guys into the way they should and beyond more..first off I'm not from here or even close to being from here I'm from Texas and my other half was suddenly taken out of my life and she's the only reason I was here because this is where her family is from this is where she was raised up so I know absolutely a hand ful of ppl and i barely kniw them just hi and bye but anyways .. im starvin at thus very moment at the house so i decide to take a afternoon stroll just to see whats going on and i pass this restraunt thissandwich shop and decided to smoke a cigarette in the back a coupleppl workers walk out and i jjst simoky ask en if they had any leftovers and she sed look walk thru tjat front door rt there and someone will be with u ..as it went iwalked in and a man asked me what wanted i told him whatever he preferred he made me the best sandwjch and they gave me a drink and ive never had such polite ppl in my lil 20 minute sandwich afternoon delight in my life.. thank u palmetto subs ..y'all rockk yall are most def my favorite place in Florence a keep up the good work .. this world needs make...

Normally, my family and I do not have a bad experience BUT the customer service was HORRIBLE! They told us that they couldn’t toast the bread (they said the toaster wasn’t working, which could be true but it doesn’t justify the rudeness.) Trying to use old looking meat and toppings on the subs instead of fresh food. Throwing the food on the sub, it looked like a salad but on bread honestly. People wanted a refund and they told them that they would have to come back in the morning to get their refund. They were burning up something because when you walked in there, the place was foggy from smoke and the floor was sticky. Again, we normally do not have issues but...
