I had an iPhone 14 pro max and the screen broke , I sadly decided to come to this company hoping they could fix it . I gave them the phone on this past Friday I believe and came back they fixed the screen and it looked extremely ODD . I tried to used the phone and it started glitching and it turned pink and turned off . it just went down heel from there , we were offered a trade in with one of there devices and the "manager" was otp speaking due to the fact that he seems to never be present at his own establishment (very concerning) the tone he was speaking in was very demanding and rude! . we were told to come back the next day and we went there and they were closed down (not open) . we went up there on 2 days later which was Monday we went up there and they were now saying we needed to purchase a proximity sensor and a new screen and they would ship it to there company and had us pay a little extra for next day shipping , the part came 2 days later !! . its now Thursday they ordered it on Tuesday , I called them and they said the were waiting on me to come up there so they could get the password which doesn't make sense and sounds like a lie because they had a number that they could contact us from ( sounds like a lousy excuse ) they told me they would call back in 30 mins . I never got a call back so I called them once again because they Cleary don't know what there doing so they wait till you call and make up a excuse I called back after I was supposed to be getting a call , they then said they could ship it off to there other location and get a better look ( seems like they once again dont know what they are doing ) we spent 247 on a screen and sensor just to be told how they still couldn't fix it . they then tried to say it was doa (dead on arrival ) so why would yall allow us to pay yall if yall knew yall couldnt do anything about it . MORAL OF THE STORY do not pick this company if your looking for the best results in a phone repair . full of bull if...
Read moreI would not recommend anyone to take their computer or gaming system there. I took my grandsons gaming PC there to see if they could fix it and I paid the$100 deposit that they asked for because they said it needed a new power cord, and then the next time I spoke to him, it was no the power cord didn't fix the problem, it needs a new motherboard, told them to order the motherboard gave them another $100 down then the next time I called to inquire the PC, I was told that if I was willing to put 500.00 down because it needed a new power cord, motherboard, and a new card something he guaranteed me that he could get it fixed, I told him to just put it back together and I would come pick it up, they had it for about 3 weeks by this time. I tried calling on several different occasions and when I did get to speak to someone it was always they needed more money down because that piece was not the problem, wanted me to cash app the money if I could not make it to the store before they closed. Whenever I would call most of the time, I would receive a text message saying on the other line, but I could leave a message and they would return the call, some times I had to call several times a day, with no response, the young man who works at the store sometimes could not get a hold of him, by now I came to realize that they were trying to scam me, I was done with them. They did give me my deposit back 125.00of my deposit back someone told me about Compuforce, and I took it to them, and it was fixed with then 3 days for only 360.00 and it was only the card part that it needed. Landon the tech that works there was great. Whomever I was talking to on the phone, I couldn't tell you, because I was never able to put a face to the name.I will never go back...
Read moreThey don’t even deserve a star....My experience on July 20-21 2019 was exhausting... First impression I should have known better given that there isn’t anyone actually standing at the counter to greet you... Instead there was a guy who had his ear plugs in speaking on his phone standing in the middle of the floor ( by first glaze you would think he’s a client).... In to the right is a younger male who seems to be doing the phone repairs... he was very under dressed to be in a place of business... I had to approach the guy that had earplugs to even get acknowledgement... to make a very longgggg story short I stay in this store for about 3 hrs plus & some was due to the not so multi tasking of the man with the earplugs while customers came in or answering of the phone calls....I ended up purchasing a iPhone 6 in trading in a iPhone 8 I had from an ex, the iPhone 6 was $145 & the iPhone 8 was a $50 credit toward my iPhone 6... I took it home & it stopped working overnight it kept roaming so I bought it back.... on this day it was just the younger male... When I stated my concern & that I want my money back he contacted the owner which was the worst communication skills everrrr! (Including the younger guy not fully letting me what was going on) So I finally got him to agree to give me at least $100 back (because he wasn’t going to even do that) ... save yourself the stress do not waste your time & be prepared to go back in forward with your carrier in this store... I went to Metropcs on Irby st about 6 times no lie also know there is no refunds which I was not told...
