My $31 Hardee’s mobile order was a complete mess from start to finish: missing items, dry food, and a dirty store.
I placed a mobile order and arrived before it was ready, which was fine. However, once I received my order, things went downhill quickly. I ordered three meals, an entrée, an extra side of hash browns, and a maple biscuit. Everything was literally thrown into one large bag.
Two of the four hash browns looked like they were just tossed in, and most of them spilled out. The other two sides were missing entirely. Instead of the maple biscuit I ordered, I received a steak biscuit. Every biscuit sandwich was dry, the biscuits were either overbaked or held far too long. The chicken biscuit was especially bad: the chicken was dry, dark, and looked like spicy chicken supposed to be.
The lid on the coffee cup wasn’t secured, so it spilled inside my car. On top of that, the creamers and sweeteners were thrown in loose, coming into contact with the spilled hash browns. I waited another 5–8 minutes to get my missing items, including the maple biscuit, which turned out to be sitting right in front of me the whole time in a holding unit.
No exaggeration, the only good thing about this $31 order was the orange juice, simply because they didn’t make it.
The restaurant itself was dirty. The counters were sticky, and the area around the registers and registers themselves looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in ages. I honestly should’ve gone with my first choice and stopped at Waffle House. I only came to Hardee’s because there aren’t any in my area anymore, and now I remember why.
The staff was kind and did their best to fix the issues quickly, but with food prices being what they are, kindness alone doesn’t make up for poor quality and execution. Value isn’t just about customer service, it’s about the overall experience, and this one completely...

Ms Wanda told me that she would take my order in a min and I was in no rush so I said that was fine. Well the Gm (Judy) came up front and she was talking about how they shorted them a pack of ham. So she then asked where was the cashier( his name is JJ) and Ms. Wanda told her that he went to take the trash out. The Gm then says “nobody told him to take the trash out” so Ms. Wanda told her that the trash in the dining room was overflowing so she asked him to take it. The Gm then says “well he could’ve just sat the trash back there. She was just so nasty. So Wanda asked her what was wrong with her and she replied “I’m hot and I’m frustrated “. I was just looking at her like wow, really!!. So JJ comes back from taking the trash and goes to wash his hands and when he attempts to get some paper towel, he realizes that the machine is out, so he tells the Gm Judy. This lady said “ DON’T TELL ME, TELL YOUR MANAGER”. I looked at her like she was stupid because in my mind I was thinking well isn’t this your store. She then proceeded to tell JJ that it was out since earlier when she washed her hands and that she told them that it was empty. My question to you guys is WHY COULDN’T SHE JUST REPLACE IT? Her attitude was awful and shouldn’t be tolerated. I am a customer and I shouldn’t have have to experience this. She had no disregard for me as a customer. She didn’t care. Read moreI went through te drive through and was told my debit card was "declined" I used my second debit card attached the same account however this transaction was successful. When I got home I called my banking instution and it was just as I suspected BOTH TRANSACTIONS were successful!! I then called the "Manager" and I use this term very very loosely as this curt unprofressional person answers and as anyone knows who is resovling a dispute you NEED NAMES not institution only that a CUSTOMER should not have to keep asking for a FIRST NAME!! However, "Ms. Palmer" with the nastiest tone ever proceeds to tell me that it was not possible for the machine to take one card and then the other, so how exactly does my banking instiution as well as Text Banking confirm otherwise. In anunsuccessful to explain to this nasty "manager that I have already spoken with my bank who gave me the times of the transaction, she RUDELY cuts me off saying I can only give you a refund. For whatever reason she stated she "could not refund it to my card after having asked each question she needed to verify that the transaction did in fact happen!! each day I am in dismay of the folk given titles as "managers" as they have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA, NONE HOW TO MANAGE! People are sick and tired of patronizing these places that breed disrespectful "maa nagers which trickles down to disrespectful , uncaring and curt employees.
