Los Cazadores — Restaurant in Florence

Our go to Mexican Restaurant in the area. It does help that its so close too. Even when we're out an about we prefer to come back here instead of anywhere else if we want Mexican. Food is always fast and hot when ordered. There's a nice selection on the menu, even if I just make my own combo. Prices are fair and I always leave satisfied. Chips can be hit or miss though. Sometimes they feel like they've been freshly fried and seasoned, other times I swear they're from a bag. Don't hesitate to put some seasoning on them, it's at the end of the table for a reason. Service also hit or miss. We go more often than not, so I'm used to getting a big smile and an "Hola Amigos!" Then other times they take our order and I'm lucky to get a drink refill or have to hunt to get our check. Food usually comes out quick and I don't ask for anything other than napkins most times anyways. They have a good selection of Margaritas, they introduced a margarita flight recently. I'm a beer drinker and it would be nice to have a beer menu. I get it, it's a Mexican restaurant but why does it always seem they only advertise...

Its been several months since we visited because we weren't happy about the last visit.

We arrived about quarter after 11am. And was seated immediately. It wasn't that busy for Saturday.

It did take longer than expected for the waiter to come to the table. My Husband even asked if I wanted to go somewhere else, we had waited so long. When our food arrived, after 30 minutes if finallyplacingit with the waiter,, it wasn't freshly hot. It seemed like it had been sitting awhile, and had cooled off to the point of lukewarm. it's as if we were forgotten about. If I was at home, I would have microwaved it.

And they got my husband's order wrong.

Once again, they weren't that busy.

My to go order was correct. But my son said it didn't taste the same as it used to. In fact, not good at all. It will be a long time before we go back. If ever. I really used to like this restaurant. They used to have prompt service, hot, fresh and good tasting food. But it seems that isn't what is important to...

Have wanted to try this restaurant for quite some time, and WOW!!!!!!!!! I’m still in shock just how bad it was. We live 3 hours away but travel the area for work. We finally stopped tonight, was sat in the back, where we sat without anyone coming to our table for over 15 mins. Finally got attention from someone at the bar, took our order then disappeared again. When the food finally came, I had dirty silverware and informed waiter I need another set. Never received, in fact no one ever came back to our table to check on the meal, refill drinks, or check. My husband had to get my silverware, only ate a few bites, left food on the table went to the counter and requested our check, and this is where we finally found our waiter. Was charged 3.5 % to pay with debit/credit card, no apologies, no excuses… just like here’s your bill!!!!! In my opinion, the absolute worst restaurant and experience I’ve ever been subjected to!!!!!
