Manger was extremely rude! I walked in the store and she immediately "Screamed, We're closing in 1 minute!". Very loud and ignorant ! She could've have stated we are closing! She was yelling from the second register. Very animalistic behavior her threatening tone was disturbing! I came two minutes before closing and she screamed that the computers are about to shutdown, I understand thats the policy, but being loud and barbaric was extremely disrespectful. Everyone should never go back to the one in Florence! Countiue to go to Richland. I would never recommend this location!! Horrible management! This is the most friendly and most organized store that I’ve been in!! The manager Ms.Judy helped me with something I couldn’t find and she went out of her way to help me and she found it. My wife and I just moved to Florence two months ago. This is one of the most needed us and cleaner stores in the state of Mississippi. I was promptly greeted upon entering the building, the CSR was assisting with putting out freight as well as operating the register & she advised me that she was placing a squeaker toy at the register & when I was ready for check out, just squeeze it & she would return.
