If you looking for the worst McDonaldâs to go to Florence blvd McDonaldâs is the best destination, orders are rarely right , if you order a McFlurry with extras added to it you will not get your extras and youâll still be charged so youâll have to sit at the window after you check your food and try to get someoneâs attention thatâs standing at the window whoâs cutting up with the other employees and even then youâll get attitude about the fact that your order is wrong. Not all employees are like this because there are good employees who work there but they are few compared to the bad ones..,and even though it says the drive thru is open till 11 pm, regularly this location closes everything before 10 pm, we have personally been driving up to the drive thru and the lights be cut off as we are sitting at the order screen at 9:50pm but the majority of times this happens at no later than 10:30 and if anyone answers you they say we are closed. This McDonaldâs is about 3 min from where we live and we just go to cox creek blvd McDonaldâs because that location actually stays open till the right time and orders are mostly done right but if not they are more than happy to make sure to fix them without being made to feel like itâs your fault someone couldnât read and make sure the order is right.    Read moreI ordered within the mobile app. The order went through. It never said anything about any of the 5 locations around me being closed. I made my way to the restaurant and parked in the mobile curbside parking space #1. I entered the # of the parking space through the app which sent me a notification stating that my order would be out shortly. An employee then came to my car to tell me that they were closed, plus she added that they were on a limited menu that they wouldnt have been able to fill my order anyway, and I would have to go through the app to receive my refund. I looked everywhere I could for a way to get my refund through the app and found nothing but a sentence that told me it's the store locations responsibility to refund the customer's money back. Not the app. She went back inside, and now no one will answer the phone. I guess I'm out the amount I spent on nothing. People make sure the location you are ordering from is open by verbally speaking to someone before you order through the app. Also, the app needs some work if it can tell me my real time location at any point within the app but can't tell me if any of these McDonald's restaurants are closed or inform me about a location working off a limited menu before I order something they don't have. Today May 12, 2024 I went to the drive thru to get my order fixed. They said I couldnât get it fixed because I didnât have a receipt when the my name was written on the paper. I told the women on the intercom I would come inside. Upon going inside I was turned away due to not having a receipt. I went home to look through my trash and found the ticket they put on the burger but not a receipt. I remember that did I didnât get one. I went back to the store and the Manager Kelly was not willing to help and proceeded to call the cops on me. Lied to the cops saying I called her racist. She issued me a trepessing on the property.
