I am rating this one star solely due to the basis that it is in a good location.
That said, I am not normally one to publicly air grievances with a particular franchise, but I cannot help but do so with this particular establishment. The staff are people and I can imagine they are typically stressed out as any employment position wherein people deal with the general public is stressful in and of itself. I respect the efforts of the staff on that regard. They are people, after all, and it is also possible that the staff presently under this franchise's employment is simply overworked, because they seem to be constantly looking for help.
However, to say that I am amazed that this McDonald's stays in business is a gross understatement. The staff either needs to improve upon order accuracy, or shut down one of their drive through lanes (as it appears the staff is largely incapable of managing orders through two both). Over the course of the past year, I have been a fairly frequent visitor by corporate standards. Within that year, it has come to my attention that food orders are more of a suggestion rather than an actual order to be fulfilled by the customer. I would estimate that somewhere between 80 and 85 percent of the orders I make are either put in incorrectly, or the order I did receive was not the order for which I paid. Whatever the case may be, the staff has largely appeared to be unable to handle the load with which they are bearing.
Within a course of four orders in a timespan of about two weeks, two were successfully fulfilled, and the other two resulted in the following:
The most recent order, placed on August 29th 2021: I had asked for a spicy chicken sandwich for myself and a 6-piece McNugget happy meal with extra fries and chocolate milk for my son, and two apple pies for the both of us. For some reason unknown to me, what I received, and what was on the receipt, was a bacon quarter pounder meal with a 6-piece Chicken McNugget happy meal with apple slices and a chocolate milk. To their credit, I did receive the apple pies. I would have revisited the drive-through again, but simply could not justify the time in going through it again due to a medical issue of a close family member requiring me to head over to the local Emergency Room.
Another order that stuck out with me back a couple months ago was that I went for breakfast, and was in a hurry during this time. I ordered a McGriddle combo with an orange juice, and an add-on Breakfast burrito. I assume it wouldn't be a difficult order. Somehow a breakdown in communication occurred and I needed to repeat the order about 6 times at the payment window, as if the people were confused about the order.

Read moreI had the absolutely had the worst experience this morning. First I order a sausage and cheese McMuffin and had to repeat my order several times, I get to the window to pay for my food and of course had to correct my order again, and then I get to the last window to get my food; the lady hands me my orange juice and the lid was not completely on and the entire cup of orange juice spills all over my seats. I told the lady at the window and she did hand me some napkins, but all she could say it’s going to be okay and I pray you have a better day. I don’t mean to sound nasty but this is so unprofessional. I have leather seats in my car and now my seats are sticky and soaked in orange juice, my AirPods were soaked, and my work badge was also soaked. I did contact the manager this morning and informed of what happened. What I am most upset is there was simple no remorse. The only thing I got from the manager was what do you want me to do about in which I ask for my seat to be detail. She did informed that she would need to contact the general manager, which I was fine with because I understand there is a process.
