My family and I put in an online order at 2:05 p.m. at this Popeyes. We got there at our scheduled time, 2:20 p.m., just to wait 20 more minutes to get our food. No one else was in the drive through. We were told that they accidentally misread the online order as "blackened chicken" not "classic chicken", and asked if blackened chicken was fine. We politely declined and said that we would prefer what we ordered. The person at the window kept pressuring us to accept the blackened chicken, asking if we had ever had it, saying it wasn't too spicy, and claiming that it will all be thrown away if we don't accept it. We had to decline 3 times before the person would let it go. After being handed our food, we were told very bluntly "We don't have Mtn. Dew" (which is what we ordered off the website). We were told they had Coke products, but we don't really know what all that includes except for Sprite, which my sister doesn't like. They gave us no other information aside from that, despite us asking what other options there are. They then said they needed a minute to prepare our 4 drinks (which I feel could have been done earlier). After this, they proceeded to hand out each drink individually rather than in a drink carrier. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this just felt spiteful; if they didn't have any available, they could have just said that. Regardless of it all, we still thanked them after receiving our order and checked it. We were already on the highway before we realized we hadn't received any of the biscuits that are included in every order like ours and no forks were included. We understand how hard working in customer service and fast food can be, and that everyone has their bad days, but that doesn't excuse the guilt-tripping and rudeness we experienced just because they read our order wrong and we declined accepting the blackened chicken (which we do not like). Waiting for 20 minutes in a drive through with no one else in front or behind us was no big deal, them getting the order wrong was no big deal, but not taking no as an answer and then having an incredibly rotten attitude is what did it for us. The food itself seemed fine, but we worried about eating it because the people preparing it for us seemed aggravated by us. I think the rudeness from the person at the window just ruined the entire experience....
Read moreAbsolutely the worst location in an otherwise roundly good chain. About every six months I give this location another try as it’s on the way home. Yesterday: Drive through closed so I went in and ordered 8 pc spicy with a side. Spicy wasn’t ready which is understandable during rush hour, so I took a seat for the 15 min wait. During that time 5-6 patrons interrupted the line needing lids because the fountain station was out. Despite the standstill on chicken and 2-3 employees standing around, no one brought lids out. One guy, black baclava covering and visor firmly sideways spent his time chatting up Subway staff and a second played catch with himself. When the order was bagged, I grabbed it and drove 20 min home. Dinner! Yeah! Opps, no side. No biscuits. Just the chicken. Called manager to try and get a refund setup. Policy is you have to return to store with credit card and she’d issue a partial refund. Wouldn’t take name, order number, time of order so I could stop by tomorrow on the way home. I explained it was inconvenient to drive 20 min back and then 20 min home. Talked over me the entire call. Very little apology. Asked for her manager, thinking he’d take the info and resolve it if I came by the next couple days, and Dwayne has yet to get back This seems pretty typical of this location. Last year: drive through and chicken wasn’t ready so I was asked to park and they’d bring it out. Waited 25 min then went in. No order, the ticket had been thrown out and they had changed shifts. Consequently, had to wait for the manager to sort it out. And yep… missing stuff. This is a manager and staff supervision problem. This franchisee is not doing...

When I returned to this location for my refund, they had some of the same crew there (same rude worker taking orders who ignored me this 2nd visit) and moving just as slow as before and of course they barely look like any of them want to speak to you let alone be friendly. Sounds like reviews fall on deaf ears but oh well. I'm really surprised this location even does enough business to remain open.
This place deserves zero stars. Young girl taking my order was extremely rude. I waited 20 minutes for my order and when she came over to tell me they were waiting on my fries I asked how much longer it would be. She looked at me, rolled her eyes and said “we’re waiting on your fries” and walked away. Finally got my food and asked her if everything was in my bag and she ignored me. So I asked, yet again, and she just turned and walked away! Someone else did come over at one point and asked me what was wrong and I told her that other worker was extremely rude despite my being super polite and patient with her... and she looked unsurprised and told me to write my info down (which I did). I then checked my bag before driving off and sure enough I was missing a side item. They handed it to me and I left. Half of our order was incorrect (received the wrong sandwich) and something was forgotten. After AWFUL service, waiting over 20 minutes, and paying what I feel is an absurd amount ($47) for mediocre (at best) food, I will...
