Food was hot and fresh. Chicken with crispy and juicy. Service sucked. It was busy, but not crazy. There was no clear indication of how the line formed inside the store. And the young lady with the mullet and nose ring at the cashier counter literally wouldn't speak to customers. After each customer was rung up, she would just stand there and look at whoever she thought was next. No greeting . . . Literally wouldn't even ask you what you wanted to order she just stood there and waited for you to talk. I think she said "here you go" when handing me my receipt . . . That was it. And it wasn't just me, I saw her do the same with other customers. Far too many options in this area to not make decent customer service a priority . . . I won't be back anytime soon.

This location has made me a repeat customer. To begin, the chicken is by far one of the best I've tried in the NKY area. It's fried perfectly to where it is crunchy enough on the outside, yet soft and juicy on the inside. The canes sauce takes it to the next level too. It's a peppery ranch like sauce which is incredible. You can get toast here as well, it is this thick cut perfectly toasted bread that is to die for (also great with canes sauce) The portions are very generous and the prices are very comparable with other chicken restaurants in the area. The service is fast and friendly which truly does make Cane's one of my favorite restaurants in NKY!

I've been to Raising Cane's occasionally, although it's not my first choice to grab a bite to eat. We were in the area and there weren't many options for lunch, so we went to Cane's. The food was fresh, hot, and quick to be made. The chicken tenders were okay and the fries were too. The Cane's set wasn't too bad - the peppery taste of it stood out to me. Bottom line: if you really like chicken tenders and have a craving for some, this may be the place for you. That is mostly all you can get here since that's their thing, besides the chicken sandwich they have. The food was fine, the restaurant was nice, but I'm usually looking for some more variety.

I came here I think on Saturday or Sunday night and got a sprite and it was nasty the soda pop didn’t taste good it was flat and tasted really old you all need to put fresh soda pop and not give people outdated soda pop that taste like dirt I will never get your drinks again until you all put fresh soda pops in every soda pop was nasty you all had one job to fix it and still giving anybody that comes there to get drinks is going to know that you guys give outdated drinks and all of your workers are very rude because the people in front of me and my friend this woman that is working there was very rude to those people and when we were next she got rude with me and my friend and we didn’t even do anything wrong or say anything we said thank you and have a good day and she handled and push are food in my friend hand and roll her eyes at us and me and my friend look at each other like why did she do that we didn’t even do anything but the next time that happened I’m going to come in and say something to your manager about your worker being rude and hateful for no reason when I didn’t do anything or say anything wrong but I don’t appreciate your workers being rude and hateful to your paying customers that isn’t right to take it out on a paying customers because you’re workers are having a bad day or something like that isn’t right I love the food but not your all drinks and I don’t appreciate your worker having a attitude with paying customers and just to let you all know that iam not being mean or rude to you I’m just letting you all know I don’t appreciate you all being mean and rude and taking it out on me or my friend and other people that come there to get food you’re workers are rude… now you all have a...

This was the first time I ever tried this place. The line was very long, but I waited. When I got our food and got back to our hotel, we realized that both Sprites were completely flavorless. If we were staying at home, it wouldn't have been as big of a deal, but since we were overnight at a hotel, we didn't have anything to drink. It didn't make sense to drive back and let the food get cold, so we quickly ate and then called the restaurant. The worker that answered the phone didn't know what to do, so she told me to hold while she checked the machine. She came back and was talking to someone else in the background (possibly the manager) she was asking him what to tell me. She got back and told me that she would need my name and number because they "shut down" the machines for the night. I explained that we wouldn't be here in the morning and told her to forget about it. I first wonder why the machines were shut down at an odd hour. It was like 22 minutes after the hour and less than 15 minutes after I had visited the restaurant. I secondly am curious as to why that manager, or person who was more knowledgeable about the subject than the person who answered the phone, didn't get on the call to try and resolve the issue. The experience just rubbed me the wrong way. It wasn't a huge deal, but more so bothered me how it was, or wasn't handled. I really feel like they just didn't want to be bothered. I'm not sure that they actually closed in that amount of time. The food was good and I would consider trying a different location...

Canes as a whole is pretty good, but this location I plan to never visit again. Today, I had to sit in the drive through line for 45 minutes. The line was so backed up that it was out in the street causing traffic. It was so backed up that they have had to take a precautionary measure and entirely close off one of the entrances because that way would have to turn into the line that is always backed up beyond where it would merge. This is not an uncommon occurrence from what I have seen driving by. Basically every night of the week and during lunch, it seems to be that backed up. The line isn't backed up because of some crazy demand; it is due to how insanely slow they are to serve some chicken strips and fries. The "temporary" reduced hours also seem to be not so temporary since they have been in place for several months. The inside is still closed just making the drive through situation even worse. Onto the actual food at this location. It is simply okay. The bread was soggy. The fries were soggy. The breading was sliding off the chicken. Some pieces were tender while others were more chewy. Bottom line, long waits for substandard food. You would likely be better off just go to Guthrie's. You could probably drive the extra distance, get the food, pull into a parking spot in canes and finish eating your food before you would have gotten your food waiting in the line. I would like to reiterate that this does not seem to be an entire chain issue. I have been to a few in the area, and they are prompt and consistent...
