Appliance Center Inc — Local services in Florence

Maybe they have great appliances at great prices. Unfortunately we never found that out. This review is based on the fact of not so great customer service. My husband and I entered the store today 10/27/25 at around 1:15 p.m looking to purchase a washing machine. Upon entering the store we weren't greeted nor acknowledged. There was a older guy sitting down and a older lady over there with him and they were just talking bout this and that. We didn't see any prices on the washers so we were unsure of pricing. We didn't get a HI, Hello, May we help you, Are you looking for anything specific, Let us know if you all need any help, NOTHING!!!! Only thing we received was being ignored, felt unwelcomed, lack of good customer service, and felt treated as if we weren't worth the time. If they were busy helping other customers that would have been completely understandable. But not 1 customer was in the store only us. I'm not too sure why we received that kind of treatment and we wasn't gonna stick around to find out. After about 2-3 mins of browsing with no help or acknowledgement. We decided to leave. I can’t recommend this shop enough! Our LG washer died after barely a year, and I was dreading the hassle of replacing it. These folks made the whole process quick and painless. I called in the morning and was able to order a Speed Queen washer right over the phone at a great price. Delivered the same day, set everything up, and even hauled away the old machine. I visited this store for the first time and I think I will become a regular customer. Excellent prices, great customer service and quick delivery. I could not get this kind of service with the big box stores such as Home Depot or Lowe's. I am recommending Appliance Center to whoever I know needs appliances in the near future. I can't wait until i have a need for their services again! You can't go wrong with Appliance...
