The pizza has very little cheese and the toppings like pepperoni you can count them with one hand. They also charge more than what the price is written on the menu. The only thing you can taste is the tomato sauce. Will never go back again!

In response to the owner response, first of all I asked the woman who made the pizza if I could take one of the menu to take home, she gave me the menu and said the old menu was only one page card, but this new menu is multi page, so your claim that i was reading old menu is not true at all. And when I asked her politely why she is overcharging me she said the price was changed two weeks ago. If the price change took place 2 weeks ago then you had ample time to either get a new menu or simply use a pen and change the price. My response to your lie that I wasn't polite with the dishonest woman who overcharged me is complete lies and fabrication!! I also did not order the lunch pizza, nor I mentioned it. As matter of fact I called in my order and I spoke with a man. Also if your lunch pizza lacks decent amount of cheese and toppings then you should mention it in your menu. It seems your response is written by the same person who overcharged me for that lousy pizza. Also I am not the only one who is complaining about lack of cheese and toppings on your pizza, just read all the negative comments about your pizza with little cheese!

In response to your second response which is complete distortion of what happened, I will say BLAH, BLAH, BLAH. Lady you should work on your Public relations! Calling your customers review "nonsense" is unprofessional and disgusting! I bet if the reviews is positive you would not call iit "nonsense". Just remember that your customers who put money in your pocket, and insulting them is not a smart thing to do! Just simple apology for the lousy food and customer service, and promising better service in the future would have put all these to rest. But no, you have to double down on your lies, and keep adding more lies. So you know we the consumers have the RIGHTS to write a reviews be it positive or negative about businesses that we do business with, without any insults! Your lies about me ordering the special lunch pizza, and you explained the price on the phone and twice in person is complete lies. You have a sign on the sidewalk in front of your store advertising 14 inch pizza with one topping for $11.95. I didn't order that, and if if I did then why you changed me $13.95 Plus tax. I ordered from the menu that you gave me to take home, which you told me it's your new menu. Also it should not matter what time of the day you order a pizza. The pizza should come with cheese at any time of the day! Your pathetic excuse for cheating your customers and selling pizza with almost no cheese is unreal! I want to thank you for at least admitting you use less cheese for pizza during lunch.

In response to your lie that I made a "bit of disturbances " is disgustingly totally made up!! Showing you the price on the menu that you just gave me vs the higher price that you charged me does not constitute " disturbances". My main complaint is about your pizza has almost no cheese, and I care less about the overcharge, but instead you keep talking about the overcharge instead of why you don't put decent amount of cheese on your pizza. When I first tried 1000 degrees, it was love at first bite. The pizza is AMAZING! I also like the fact that the wings are finished in the oven for a nice little crisp on the outside. Here is my issue... My first order of wings was buffalo garlic parm. The sauce was very well balanced and all of the flavors complimented one another. The past 2 times I have ordered these wings has been an utter disappointment. What I have received are wings that have been lightly tossed in a buffalo sauce and coated in a ridiculous amount of minced garlic. It looks like a good half of a jar of minced garlic on 6 wings. I recommend to include in the menu that the wings will be topped with enough garlic to keep the vampires away for eternity. I expected a garlic flavored sauce. I received a thick layer of minced garlic lightly coated in Buffalo sauce, with a hint of wings underneath. I will be putting another $12 in the trash today, because I do not have the time or the patience to wipe the garlic off of the wings. Thankfully I ordered pizza as a backup plan and it is AMAZING as usual! Thanks for getting that part right. I am editing this review after the response from the business. The lack of accountability for disappointing a customer is appalling. They make it sound like I should be like the other customers that requested chicken wing flavored garlic. First time great experience the man was very accommodating to my gluten free needs. Second time was different, walked in to take my order and as soon as I asked for gluten free and if they can do their best with my allergy it seemed like he didn’t want to take my order anymore and said there was no guarantee, with my condition I understand that is the case anywhere I eat and had eaten here before and didn’t have issue and this was my only go to place in town I could eat “fast food”. I left store came back after blowing off steam to give my order the women apologized for mans attitude. After taking my order she started putting regular cheese on it instead of the vegan I ordered and when I approached her about it she acted as if I didn’t order that and that it was such a big problem. Another customer enters store and is waiting to place his order and the worker says “if you’re here for the five pizzas and 50 wings” you’re early. The man was not there for that order and shouldn’t have assumed that was the case. Pizza tastes amazing. After reading comments the owner had put they are having trouble with hiring because people want to stay on unemployment... however that is no excuse and the owner should be in there working if he wants his business to succeed and have good customer base.
