Taste Good Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Florida

So disappointed, I WILL NEVER COME BACK, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We used to be regular customers and loved this restaurant but after several bad experiences today was the last straw. The lady up front had the audacity to say I've never been there before and refused to cook my order the way I've ordered for two years, she laughed sarcastically in my face and said no, I was going to place a $50 order, she said she would do it this time and never again, she then starts talking to the cooks in Chinese and even they were embarrassed and apologized, I simply asked that they not put soy sauce and she flat out said no, they are too busy and when I asked if she could ask the cooks she said she was the owner. Well that's it, only so many times you can be treated so badly, we moved and they have previously refused to place an order and arrange pick up even though I'm paying in advance, HOW DO YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS AND STAY IN BUSINESS? Such a bad attitude and it's such a shame, used to love the food and service here. I wasn't even rude. Unbelievable. I went ahead and ordered at China Wahon on the corner of Commercial Way and Cortez Blvd next to Winn Dixie without any issues; friendly service and prepared my food the way I asked, they also don't use MSG in their food, I highly...

Absolutely the best service and food I have ever had from any Chinese restaurant! I have been going to them for years and they continue to surprise me with better and better service and food for my family. It was food for my daughters, sisters and my birthdays (within a week of each other). I placed the order online for delivery the day before for 8 complete meals plus some appetizers along with some notes on what I would like them to do as well. The next day came, all my family came over at 1:30 and the food was delivered on time at 2;00 as requested. It was very well packed, the delivery person was very helpful and polite plus all the food was piping hot, I did not have to reheat a single thing. Each individual meal was delicious and plentiful, no one was able to finish theirs and were happy to bring theirs home for another meal. I just wanted to make my appreciation known to the owners, management and especially the staff for making a special family day perfect. I rarely gush about a place or service, but having been in management for most of my life, I have come to really appreciate it when an organization exceeds my expectations as much as Taste Good Chinese Restaurant has. I’ve ordered from them twice ( delivery) . Now, I love that they deliver, but they need to work on their meals. The first time I ordered the general tso chicken lunch special, it had no flavor at all. General tso chicken has always been my favorite, but it is usually at least a little spicy, it’s usually a delicious meal , but theirs didn’t have that tasty sauce most places have, and the chicken itself wasn’t even as good as other places. Rice also not very good. The egg rolls are very good, I enjoy them, and their crab Rangoon is pretty good too, very generous in size.

I just ordered again tonight. I thought I would try a different meal so I ordered the pork lo mien and the Kung Pao chicken and again I’m disappointed. Kung Pao chicken should be spicy, but, theirs again had no flavor. The pork lo mien, if you add some soy sauce is okay, but nothing to brag about.

I was so hoping their food would be as good as golden wok, because of their delivery option, but...
