I desperately needed an upgrade because the version that I had could no longer support apps that were valuable to me but I was nervous to walk into a boost store fearing that I would get the run around & end up with a phone that I would love to hate. I put on my courage hat & walked into 4 corners Boost store & was immediately greeted kindly by Jai. I explained my situation to her as she listened attentively to my plight. I was eligible for an upgrade & Jai gave me phone options according to my digital needs. She treated me with respect & I appreciate good customer service. Jai is very knowledgeable with phones & took great pride with ensuring that I would be a happy customer. I observed how she treated customers that walked in the door as I waited for my phone transfer to complete. She acknowledged every person that came in. We all had different needs & she addressed all of them with success. She also made sure that everyone followed store policy...No shirt , No shoes , No mask , No service. The A/C was out of order & it was extremely HOT in the store but Jai was calm, cool & collective. Her attitude & demeanor under extreme circumstances was impressive! Jai answered all of my questions and I am a happy customer. I'm so glad that I walked into that particular store and had an encounter with an associate who truly cares about people. The guy there Juan (who said he was the manager) but clearly he’s not because a manager takes care of issues. I was told that they would switch my brand new phone for another because it was damaged but they didn’t have any in stock so I’d have to come back. I’ve been back 3 times and still no new phone. Worst experience ever.. I switched to boost from metro Pcs which I shouldn’t have. I was told today that now I’m passed my exchange period but yet I’ve been there almost daily since the 3rd and still getting the run around. If your considering boost mobile DONT!
