My daughter just started college and had a very old laptop that we thought she could use for her intro to psychology, English comp one, micro apps class and beyond. I took it to someone that said it needed more ram which we did but it didn’t help. I heard about Michael and Linda at Spring Hill Technology from a number of good friends that have used them for many years and said such positive things about them, so I took my daughters computer in to see what could be done. As I am incredibly technically challenged, I needed someone I could trust! WOW! I am so impressed by their understanding, ethics, morals, patience and helpfulness. While Michael explained that Hannah’s old computer could not be helped and would never be the correct tool for the job, his wife Linda was on her computer looking for a computer that would be the right fit for her college work per Michael’s advice. They spent at least 45 mins of their time being so accommodating. The patience and understanding and outstanding customer service, is unfortunately, something that I rarely come across anymore. AND they didn’t even sell me anything. No hidden agenda or motive, just kindly sharing their knowledge and trying to help a mom get her daughter set up for success in her college classes without having to remortgage the house! We headed out the next day to find exactly what they suggested and purchased it. My daughter started classes today and she is so happy and relieved that she is now able to do her schoolwork and correspond expeditiously with her instructors, having the right tool for the job!! I can’t thank you enough for your help Michael and Linda. You turned a very stressful situation into a pleasant experience! We will be coming to you for all our computer needs...

I have had experience with this company twice. The first time was I was looking for the little green hard drive cards, I was wanting to make a gift for my son. Everyone else I called said they couldn't help me. I was even willing to pay. Not being a computer person. I wasn't even sure what they were called. Most people just kind of lost patience with me and said they couldn't help me and hung up. However, she was so patient with me figured out what I was talking about and called me back when she located them and gathered a bunch for me. When I offered to pay for them she said they were free.

The second time was last week I am currently looking for a new laptop. Once again not being a computer person I wasn't quite sure what I needed and my son was now living out of state. I called a few used stores explained what I was using it for and they told me they had used ones that would work. When I called apring hill technology. He talked to me for a while. Figuring out what I needed the laptop for and what exactly I was needing. Once again they were so very patient as I stumbled through explaining things that I haven't a clue about. He answered every question. Then informed me that he has one that would basically fit what I needed but he told me that truthfully I needed to buy a new laptop not used.he even told me that if I find one that I like that I can email it to him so he can make sure there aren't any red flags and it is exactly what I need. I cannot say enough good about this establishment. I have had several needs over the last 5 years of living in Florida and they have always been there to answer any questions I had. Most recently I was having issues connecting my old Panasonic mini dv camcorder up to my new Windows 10 computer. I am not a techy guy, but have done a few things here and there to get the job done. So I bought an internal card for the computer tower and hooked it up just fine. However, I needed a power cable and I needed it quickly so I did not want to order online and get the incorrect part. So I called up Spring Hill Technology and talked with Mike. he was patient with my lack of computer knowledge and answered my questions the best he could. He explained he didn't think he carried the part I needed, but he would check at home to see if he had the power supply converter cable I needed. I called the next day and he had remembered to look. He had the cable and told me to come pick it up when I was ready. Upon picking up the cable, I expected there to be a small charge, but since it was his personal cable he gave it to me free of charge!!! Thank you, Mike!!!
