I must admit that my kids have turned me onto a couple of places that I've really liked and thank goodness they have. I simply LOVE a really good old-fashioned beautiful hamburger.. well, actually, make that a Cheeseburger! My kids took me to BurgerFI and good food! How cool is it when a restaurant fancies up their burger by burning their name or logo onto their buns? Huh? It's avant-garde; nouveau; very chic; [okay they've been doing it: "Burger Bun Branding" for years and years, but I mean here in Fort Myers?? Fords Garage and BurgerFI come to mind and I think the Standard does it too. I'm sure there are others, but these the few places take the time and effort to say "look at our burger, it freakin GREAT!" They show some real pride in their good 'ole fashioned burger by simply burning their name and/or logo on their buns! I mean, that's classy right? [I of course only drink red wine with cheeseburgers] How darn cool and classy is that? The folks who work there are also really nice. BURGERFI makes a simply fantastic Cheeseburger! Period. And wait, it gets even better! Another awesome treat is that they make both French Fries and Onion Rings and they combine them together and call it the "Cry + Fry". Now one more thing I learned, take those fries of yours one step further and order them as Truffle Fries with the truffle flavor and some grated cheese. OH, SO GOOD! Hey! They even make a decent Veggie Burger for those of us who are watching our red meat intake. Here's another salient point. It freaking costs me high like $30.00++ to take myself and my kids out to get a burger meal at McDs now-a-days (I'm not dissing McD's. As they still have fantastic fries which have a special place in my heart [and are likely still in my system from eating them five years ago according to "Supersize Me"]. Now why not spend just a few bucks more and get a logo sporting Burger, Fries with a drink for $9.99; the Cheeseburger meal is a buck more (last I checked). If I'm going to go out and spend $30++ for some darn burgers, I'm very happy to spend the couple extra bucks and get a really delicious Burger, Truffle Fries, Onions Rings and a drink! If you haven't already, try this place. It's definitely...

I thought, "Maybe it was just the Alico location that was bad. Surely a different location will produce a different outcome." And with the Alico location finally closing down and year+ gone by since my last attempt, I felt enough time had passed to heal the wound. But NOPE! Still cant get the simplest of tasks right.
You would think that putting in an online order is a pretty fool proof system to work from. The ticket comes in, there are the exact things the customer wants on their burger, and you simply put those exact things on said burger. That's the line cooks main focus. Clock in, prep, put burgers on the grill and toppings on the burger, clean up, clock out. I know this, due to working in the sercice industry for many years (I no longer work in the service industry, mainly due to the rudeness, ignorance, and idiocracy of the general public.)
I know how good BurgerFi is, I really do. I am most certainly not someone who complains about every little thing in a quick service/fastfood setting, I tip 20% minimum at every restaurant, regardless of poor service. And this will be my fourth review here on Google, with BugerFi batting at 50% of my reviews. So I think it's that time to just let go, and move on to greener pastures.
If you've made it this far, I hope you enjoyed the read. Feel free to downvote, soley based off my rambling. If you work at BurgerFi and are reading this, it's nothing personal. Im 1 of thousands that eat there, I am not special. But get it together, for the sake of everyone. God Bless.
With love, Brandon.
[Edit] I really appreciate your automated response. It really shows how much you all care about your customers. Seems it's on par on how much your cooks care to read a ticket. I've moved on,...

I stopped in with a friend on Friday 4/7/23 for a late lunch. She was visiting from out of state and lives in an area that does not have a BurgerFi so she was excited to try their vegetarian option - the VegiFi burger. We shared a large fries (seriously, if you order a large fries it's more than enough for two people) and I had the cheeseburger with all the veggie toppings and grabbed a large order of onion rings (best onion rings in town, hands down!) to take home. My burger was fresh and the fries were piping hot - so good!
Customer service at this location is wonderful and the gentleman who took our order was friendly and accommodating to my friend's "special requests" that fit her vegetarian lifestyle. The only minor hiccup was she ordered an additional VegiFi to go and this time they apparently forgot she ordered it with a lettuce "bun" and gave her a regular bun (she's grain-free for health reasons) so she ended up a little bummed and couldn't eat it. Overall, though, this is a great location and as we are already regular customers we still highly recommend BurgerFi! Fresh food, friendly employees and the soda machine (with so many choices) is always...
