UHMAZEBOWLS Fort Myers — Restaurant in Florida

I just moved here from out of state and in the hospital nearby unfortunately. But I needed something to eat Not hospital food. Put in restaurants near me in this place popped up and with my stomach problems I figured why not try it. I'm very picky and normally do not like places like this. So I tried the basic bowl kid size even though I'm an adult they still let me order the smaller size because I can't eat much. My husband brought it to me and it is literally my favorite thing I've ever eaten in my entire life! I literally call them to ask if they would sell a franchise....lol But I guess they have 2 locations privately owned. Very excited for them because this is a great product that will be around for a long time. Tonight he brought me something I have no idea what it even was but it was better than the 1st bowl and I didn't even think that was possible. So please take your kids and go try this place out. I went in this location a few days ago. I was immediately met with very rude girls who welcomed me with “ what do you want” and lots of attitude and eye rolling. I grabbed a sparkling water, I got no warning from these girls that I was about to drink something called Kratom. Which I didn’t even know was a thing before this god awful experience. I ended up ingesting the drink very fast not thinking as I thought it was water , and immediately felt immense anxiety and almost catatonic. As I was the person driving my car back home, this was terrifying. I cannot believe I was not at the very least given a warning about what this drink was from these girls. I am still feeling lingering side effects from a drug I never would have ingested had I known. I remember when the bowls were at the farmers market, great product, service.. not so much at this Daniel's location!! My husband tried to order a Poke bowl, they were "out of fish", so we ordered the regular size Uhmaze bowl. When we received our bowl and asked for spoons, they were out of spoons. The staff replied with "we just work here, we don't order supplies". They suggested we use a fork or go next door and ask Cava Restaurant for a spoon. Uhmazebowls tables are filthy, sticky and almost as dirty as the floor. Which doesn't look like it was mopped in months! The 2 young girls working would not provide a managers name or phone number and honestly acted like they would rather be somewhere else than working.
