I'm very disappointed. I have been trying to get peppermint mochas at 2 locations. There is never any peppermint taste. I went here to this location yesterday, and they had apparently read the feedback I left about my last visit on their site and my frustration.
Brandon, a very nice guy I've been waited on by 2xs, says unsolicited, "Let's try a medium instead, and see if that helps." He already had the large I ordered up and said, "You can have this one too."
I had 1100 points. I never said to use them. I never was told they were using them.
I go to leave a good review about his attempt to help on their feedback form, and I see my points were used. I only have 100 now. I go check my cc, and they charged me for my large. I was under the impression that the medium (which still lacked enough peppermint. There was a hint on the first sip, then nothing. Even with a dbl shot. I just figured I would accept it and just get mochas in the future rather than addresss them in the only open line. there was a line of cars behind me, and I needed to get going) was in place of the large, and he gave the large to me because they were going to have to throw it out anyway.
Good coffee. Good mocha. Can't get the peppermint to show up, though. Great efficiency. Reasonable prices.
VERY nice staff. Everyone I've interacted with is always amazing and friendly.
But, to use my points without asking AND charge me for a drink I did not ask for, AND it still didn't get the job done. AGAIN! After 4xs! That is unacceptable!
I will dispute the charge with my cc as they used my points.
I won't be back.

Read moreSo I recently moved to Viera from Broward county. So I was looking for a new coffee place to make it my new to go place. After taking my car through the car wash I spotted 7 Brew Coffee as I was leaving. I asked for 2 medium caffe lattes and took them home. I drank some of my coffee and noticed that the coffee tasted too much like milk. I thought that it was probably just my coffee but when my wife tried hers, it was the same thing. Tasted like milk with a hint of coffee. Today I went again and told the person taking my order about my first experience. He went ahead to explain that a caffe latte its made with milk and thats why it tasted like milk. I've been a coffee drinker my whole life and I know what a caffe latte is supposed to taste like. When I asked to please make my latte taste a little more like coffee, he told me a caffe latte is made with two coffee shots and if I wanted more coffee he would ad an additional shot for .75 cents. This is the first time in my life that I've been told that I had to pay extra to get a coffee that would taste like coffee. I was then told that the reason for that was because other places just serve drip coffee and they didn't. I guess he was telling me that there coffee was really good quality and others weren't. Made no sense. Anyway, needless to say that I will never ever go there again. I'm sure that there's places out in Viera that will make a caffe latte that will taste like coffee and not milk. For $12 including tip I can...
Read moreI decided to give this place a try. Ordered a cappuccino in the drive -thru. Added a $2 tip and drove away. Got 1 block away and had to return. $7.50 for a cappuccino I expect it to be cappuccino.
Cappuccino, as invented in Italy contains espresso, and frothy milk. What I was served was a cup of 20% espresso and 70% foam. Foam is not frothy milk. The cup was too light to be frothy milk. Foam is mostly air. Overall it was trash.
I returned and explained what I was expecting and the very nice girl told me what I described âis a latte.â I smiled and asked her âdo you know what youâll get in Italy if you ask for a âlatte?â A glass of milk.â She meant a caffĂš latte, which is also not a cappuccino, itâs missing the froth.
Basically they donât have cappuccino, they have a made-up American trashy invention of the same name thatâs not anything youâd find in Italy. I was hoping for...
