We waited extremely long at the register for our order to be take our order. Seemed like an effort to take our order.
I was told there is no spaghetti, yet customers after us were served spaghetti. Our order was for 2 pizzas and 2 pastas. Our order was number 52, my toddler started crying after the first 40mins and my husband took him to the room. I kept waiting and asked about our order twice because at that time order 76 was being served.
Staff were standing with their back to customers and not preparing food, but talking or standing around. When they got to the 80's yet another 15mins later I asked for a refund. They talked to each other in English at first then changed to another language, not communicating with me in what was happening further. Not once did anyone explain what the hold up or issue was. They made another mistake and voided the transaction meaning they could refund it unless they recharge. A manager finally came - no apologies or explanation instead annoyance and telling me they are trying to train their staff. I asked foe an explanation and why other customer after us have been served. She said their orders are just spaghetti - the same things our kids wanted but we were told they didn't have... I asked for a cash refund and training to not further delay our refund or meal time, it was already after 9pm.
Training issues should never hold customers up. Solve the problem for the customer first and handle staff after. Hopefully you get staff that want to work and tend...

I've had some bad pizza in my days, I mean who hasn't? We were all broke college students once.
So here's the scoop: this "pizza" place is inside a hotel. There is a Publix right around the corner, like a $4 Uber ride.
You can go there, buy a Publix sub and Uber back and still save money.
I want to say we spent +$15 on that monstrosity.
Let me explain what was wrong with it:
Hawaiian pizza. The cheese appaered to to be a cheese sauce, not the worst kind of surprise, but an unexpected oddity.
The ham consisted of very small cubes. By itself not a huge deal, but not what I expected.
The cardinal sin was the overall lukewarmness of the pizza.
The mortal sin, that sin which doomed it to an eternity of pizza hell was the cold canned pineapple.
Somewhere a Hawaiian pineapple bush shriveled up and died in shame because of what was done to it's proud children on that pizza.
So do what I should have done: don't go there.
If I had read a review like this, I surely wouldn't have gone there myself.
Pictures of sad pizza were posted by me prior to making this post, and can be...
Read moreThe pizzas are small and the menu is too. I am from New York where you can get a large pizza for $10. Here the prices are terrible. The pizzas are very small and they are $15 each! The pizza is ok but I saw them put a frozen pizza in. It is not fresh at all. I got a good salad but it was very expensive. The people who work there are nice so that’s always a plus. Another plus is that they are open very late(midnight). I totally recommend this place if you like:
over priced pizza small pizza long wait nice workers did I say expensive? good hours
