I sat at the pool all day while my friends were at a conference at the hotel. I asked my server if he would be there all day and he said he would. He wasn’t as attentive as I would’ve liked. I would’ve bought more drinks. The few I had weren’t very good. The first drink I had was Bellini, though it didn’t taste like one. I asked for a mojito for my second drink and it tasted like soda water with mint. My last drink was the sangria and though it was the fruitiest cocktail tasting sangria I ever had, it was pretty good. Definitely my favorite of the day. I also had the chicken finger meal and it was pretty good. The chicken fingers were more crispy than breaded so it depends how you like your chicken fingers.

Staff 5/5 Food Quality 4/5 Value 3/5 Drinks 2/5 Honestly not bad for a pool side bar but the drinks and food are very expensive even for a hotel bar. The pool bar charges just as much for beer and cocktails as the much nicer restaurants on property but with much less ambience. A Corona Light is (at the time of posting) $9 for a 12 oz can, most bars in the area charge $4-5 for the same beer. While you expect to pay more at a hotel, a 150-200% markup form average is steep.

Sarysa took good care of us this evening. Despite the storm, we were cozy under the pool pavilion and felt very welcome with our excellent waitress! Our grandchildren enjoyed burgers and fries. I loved my fish with artisan greens. The atmosphere was relaxed and very beautiful. We all loved sitting poolside after a thrilling water slide and relaxing ride down the lazy river. The new additions to the Marriott really make it a family friendly place.

This place was absolutely awful. This restaurant is first come first serve, which is fine. But when you wait 30 minutes and finally get a table in a section where someone just left and sit for 15 minutes without any coming to your table, that's an issue. When we finally ask about our server, we were told this particular section was now closed. Which once again would have been fine if I didn't listen to the table behind me place an order at the same time we were being told this. We then found another table. It was dirty, which is understandable and the waitress said she will return momentarily. After 10 minutes of standing, we had to physically walk to the kitchen to have someone come and clean our table. At that time we were asked what we wanted without even looking at the menu. The waitress was rude and I'm regretting ordering my food. I'm sitting here now waiting on my food. Will write a review on the food quality and staff during our dining experience in the next hour. By the way, I have never written a bad review about any restaurant or...

We ordered food from the Falls Pool Bar & Grill a few times during our stay. We had a poolside Cabana for a couple of the days and we also ordered drinks for the pool while we swam. Food menu is what to be expected from a pool bar, somewhat limited but what we did order was pretty tasty and good quality.

Service was a little inconsistent, one of our servers was very attentive but a couple of the others seemed hard to attract. If you're in a Cabana away from the pool it's a little hard to attract a server so I would hope they would make a point to stop by regularly and check on you.

Pricing is Hotel prices so expect to pay higher than some places but you're also paying for the convenience of it being poolside.

Downside is the 18% tip they automatically add. I missed that on the bill and added an additional 20% tip so the server made out like a bandit on that first one. Be...
