I had a mixed experience at Arby's today. Partially my fault. We gotta help each other out in this world, and that includes me (the customer) checking my bags to make sure that everything that is supposed to be there is there. Well, it wasn't. About $15 of my $30 order was missing. Started out at the drive-thru. Interesting Arby's has no digital display and only one service window. Anyhow, I mentioned I had a coupon, and the employee started screaming to her manager without turning off the mic (which blasted me in my car). No big deal. I got to the window and was handed a bag and told by the manager there was one more coming. The yelling employee handed me the 2nd bag. I said "thank you so much." She said "mmmmhmmmmmm" without the slightest signs of joy. I felt bad for her. Maybe she is new, or perhaps overworked. Either way, she needs kindness and help. So when I got home and realized that my food was partially missing, I called to ask what I should do. Manager said they got me and I should just come back. I returned to find the manager waiting with my missing food (nice and hot to boot). That was pretty cool. I guess Arby's sauce and ketchup have to be requested as extras as neither were provided (and I did not think to ask). So many lessons learned. I don't frequent Arby's too often but will remember these lessons for next time. Update 2024. Ordered online and my food was waiting for me when I go there. I had to open the order and check it and my fries were missing, but no big deal. They got me some fries...
Read moreThis order was placed online. When I arrived to pick up the order I was told (without any kind of apology) it was going to be at least half an hour before they had any roast beef for sandwiches. How does Arby's run out of roast beef on a Monday?? There were no cars in the lot and only one in the drive through, this was well after lunch rush and there are no excuses for this other than terrible management. No apologies were given again, only attitude from the manager as if I was the one with a problem for ordering my food. Zero customer service skills. I requested a phone call when my order was ready, went to Walmart to shop for groceries, came back and was told STILL without so much as an "I'm sorry" that it was going to be at least another ten minutes. It ended up being over an hour from the time the order was placed, I didn't receive my food until after 5pm after ordering before 4pm. It takes days to get a refund so I decided to just wait, as well as spending ten minutes in the lobby on the phone with customer service during all this only to be offered one free sandwich for my trouble. This manager on duty should reconsider their career choice if they can't treat a customer better than that after running their store so poorly. The lobby was freezing and visibly dirty with a giant spill in the front. (The spill was cleaned after I returned from grocery shopping but the place was still unkempt) There's no chance I'll be returning to this location under...
Read moreSandwiches were big and hot but the fries were dead cold. They had me park and wait for a solid 10 min and then brought out old cold fries. Only thing else i ordered was 10 roast beef sandwiches and 2 shakes. 46.00 for thick hot sandwiches, old cold fries, and 2 totally melted and warm shakes. It's like they bagged up my fries and shakes right away and let them set while they went to the grocery store for the roast beef. Edit..and now I'm sick, again, with unbearable tummy and bowel pain. This same thing happened the last time i ate at this location. Twice inn a row? Really? Well that made it easy for me to accuse them as the culprit. Arbys is my favorite but I'm done. Never again. At least not from this location. Even if I look passed the 15 minute wait and the old cold fries and the melted ice cream, the cramps and pains are just not worth it. Please don't bother responding advising me to share details elsewhere...I'm not doing that either. Sadly, it's ust not worth it...
