Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Florida

Today I was with my mom and my aunt. The employee that was giving us our pretzels and drinks was really rude. My aunt has the app and when she asked the employee to scan the QR code, she gave my aunt a dirty look, but still scanned it. Then, my aunt had also ordered a soda. We continuously had to remind her to give my aunt her soda. My mom had asked for a Sweet Almond pretzel, the employee gave her a dirty look as well. She made the pretzel for my mom and it was strangely salty. She had also ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade and normal frozen lemonade, again we continuously had to remind her what types of lemonade they were and that she still needed to give us our lemonades. She was giving us lots of attitudes. There was also a lady who wanted a medium cup of cinnamon bites but there were only large cups of cinnamon bites, can't you take one large cup of the cinnamon bites and put them in the medium-sized cup? The employee forgot to scan the QR code on the woman's phone and also forgot to give her the receipt. The employee apparently also gave a person an extremely bent cup, which made the drink spill on her son. The woman had asked for another cup, and guess what the employee did? She gave another dirty look and took forever to give the woman another cup. This attitude problem...

Just went there tonight at 7 to cash a tmobile Tuesday deal, lemonade and pretzel are good, but I'm disappointed with the staff, as I was standing there waiting on my pretzel among other customers, we spotted a German roach on the counter right up front, the other customers backed up, grossed out, I went to one of the young lady and told her, she said what and repeated to her twice and she repeated it to me and showed it to her right on the napkin dispenser, I said someone might wanna get rid of it before it gets in the food, she gave me the yuck face and told the other 3 ladies, they all looked at me and didn't do a thing about it even when they saw me taking a pic of it, they didn't care. And the lady who took my order had a rude attitude. You won't see me there again, that's for sure. Oh it's the one by the East entrance in the Westfield...

We were very grateful to the ladies at this Auntie Anne location (409 Brandon town center). We arrived at 7:44 PM and had our order taken by Kaitlyn. She was professional and courteous, explaining that there would be a wait for the mini pretzel dogs. This was a relief, as we had just experienced a rude encounter at the other Auntie Anne location at the mall (459 Brandon Town Center). When I asked if they would have more cinnamon sugar nuggets later, she rudely replied, “I can’t get to it. I can’t get to it.” Despite having some mini pretzel dogs ready, we didn’t bother purchasing them there. Instead, we decided to wait for our order at the 409 location, where we felt we would receive better service and they did...
