Let me start by saying I am all about small family owned businesses. I couldn't possibly promote them more. Additionally, I have longed for more quality food, farm to table, trendy spots to come to this area. I also made the conscious decision not to review any restaurants during covid, just to be fair as supply chain and employee issues were beyond their control. I am abundantly honest and candid with my reviews and the 1st bad experience I had with this place I decided not to review and give them another chance. I carefully considered how my review may affect them in a negative manner so I thought it was only fair to give them another chance as everybody can have a bad day And they had only been open a few months. So the first time that I ordered for pick up because i'm busy which is why they offer that service, I get there at the time provided provided and still had to wait almost 10 minutes before somebody decided to tell me. Oh we don't have such-and-such an item and cannot make that sandwich but the rest of the items were made. So what am I supposed to do go back and tell that 1 person? Oh. Sorry everybody else got practiced except you? And even though they had my information for over 45 minutes they never bothered to notify me that they. Did not have those ingredients? Um, wow. I bring the items home open up my sandwich. Ordered the monte cristo, i had been dying for one of those fotlr years and was so excited to see it on the menu. The jelly had saturated the bread and it was a hot mess of greasy cheese and jelly oozing through soggy bread. 3 of the 6 donuts that I had ordered were no longer available although I saw them serve those very same donuts to people online in front of me. Even though I placed my order 45 minutes before that. The donuts were wonderful though! Quite excellent, old school, fluffy, Tasted Like they were made with higher quality ingredient's like back in the day. The donuts Inspired me to give it another try and subsequently ordered another half dozen a few weeks later. Unfortunately I had to leave and came back in the afternoon thought the donuts weren't all that great but assumed it was because I did not eat them when they were super fresh. I noticed a few months ago that they opened a second location. I mentioned to a family member. I thought that was a little risky seeing is that quality control seemed to be an issue and I hope they had that under control because the 2nd location is. A great location for breakfast and lunch. Decided to treat As to a well deserved delicious sunday breakfast placed an order and sent my daughter to go pick it up. My daughter arrives and has to wait another ten minutes. While she is waiting she is watching The same flavored donuts we ordered being served to others on line. When she finally gets to the counter and is told that they are out of sold out of 2 of the donuts and she has to substitute them. You know, THE SAME ONES OTHER WALK IN PATRONS WERE JUST SOLD. She is then told ingredients for the 2 sandwiches that are not available. She is texting me the whole time as she knows and shares my standards and levels of expectations, Which this place is clearly not meeting. She first tells me, " Did you know they used walmart products here?" ummm WHAT??!! Walmart milk and eggs Are like no other than the world for a reason crack open one of their eggs and any other egg and tell me what do you notice? I won't digress further into a Wal-Mart rant but if you are presenting yourself as an establishment that uses high quality ingredients and those ingredients are provided to by Walmart, that's a BIG problem right there. Jesus, there milk isn't even milk it's some kind of white water!! ... anyway, she asks if I have ever actually been inside because it's super dirty, floors and tables filthy, dust an inch thick on the ceiling fans, just gross. I don't tolerate that at all i any food establishment, I told her to get refund and leave. Same inresolved issues...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bam Bar in Trinity, and it was an experience worth sharing! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how unassuming the exterior of the place is. However, stepping inside, I was immediately greeted by a trendy, vibrant atmosphere that is perfect for relaxing and socializing.

The ambiance was further enhanced by the friendly and welcoming staff. Shae and Zackery were particularly exceptional, providing outstanding service with genuine smiles and a warm demeanor. They made me feel right at home and added a personal touch to the overall experience.
One of the highlights of Bam Bar is undoubtedly their extensive selection of teas. The variety is impressive, catering to all tastes with a range of flavors and blends that are simply delightful. Each tea I tried was delicious, and it was evident that a lot of thought and care goes into their preparation.
The place is also very popular and trendy, attracting a diverse crowd of friendly and interesting people. It's a great spot to meet new people or enjoy time with friends. One unique and fun feature is the swings they have inside—yes, actual swings! They add a whimsical touch to the decor and are a big hit with visitors.
Another exciting aspect of Bam Bar is their interactive wheel for free items at the bakery. Spinning the wheel for a chance to win a free treat adds a playful and engaging element to the visit. Speaking of treats, the bakery items are delicious and perfectly complement their tea offerings.

Read moreUpdate: refund recieved.
Update: on Monday owner Dakota called me and assures he will issue a refund, treat us to breakfast and do something celebratory when the baby is born. Looking forward to this, very glad to see the situation cleared up. Will change star count when refund is received.
Very unfortunate that I have to write this review. We loved this place and used to go on the weekends religiously for coffees and donuts/sandwiches. I placed an order for 3 dozen donuts 5-6 days before my baby shower. I had a friend of mine pick them up on her way to the baby shower [which was an hour away]. When she arrived to the shower she had only 2 dozen donuts - 4 flavors, only 1 of which I actually ordered, and about 30 bagels. Clearly my order had been misplaced. So I call the shop, speak to Victoria, the owner.. and this is what really upset me.. such unprofessionalism on her part, it is a shame. Not once did she apologize to me, she actually argued with me about what donuts I got, and what donuts I ordered. Then proceeds to tell me she made the donuts herself (then it should have never been incorrect like it was) and that they were out of Creme brulee so they decided to replace it with THEIR choice of specialty donut, which was cosmic brownie. Why? Why not call me and ask me what I would prefer, considering I had already paid. Not to mention, when I placed my order originally I had given her backup specialty choices! Also, I based my price estimate on her pricing on the website menu and when she sent me an invoice for a higher then expected bill, I asked her why it was so much higher and she tells me the pdf menu on their website is 2 years old and has not been updated since they opened. Again, why? Not once was I offered a refund for my inconvenience. Not once was I offered anything, or even an apology. She told me to "enjoy my free bagels".. which did not even come with cream cheese, mind you, and were hard as a rock. Luckily I had a friend in the area who stopped by and picked up Victoria's solution of a fix to this problem, which was just 18 random donuts they had in their case for the day. I will never return to this business. You have lost some loyal customers. Shame on you for the way you handled...
