Today I had horrible customer service for a young teen boy around 6:30pm in the drive through. Who started with an attitude the moment we pulled up. There’s no flavors on the menu in the drive thru, so I looked up the menu online and carlos told him what he wanted and he said “ uh ya we don’t do that. We don’t have that flavor “ and carlos says oh okay what do you have? And he huffed and listed off like 20 flavors as fast as he could. So I said to my boyfriend he needs to fix his attitude and this boy says “EXCUSE ME?!” I told him to fix his attitude and he tells me to get out of his drive through. When I asked for the manager he says he is the manager. He proceed to flip me off as we’re leaving the drive through. However, we went tonight (1/2/2020 b/t 7:30pm-8pm) to get ice cream and the lady who serviced us did not know what she was doing, she had dark hair and glasses and fair skin. She did not know how to properly scoop the ice cream which led us to receive a less than serving size portion and we waited 30 minutes for our order to be completed. We got home and one of our banana royal order was messed up, there was barely any ice cream and the whole cup was filled with majority whip cream we thought it was a joke on how bad our orders came out to be. Read moreThe young woman helping serve us was helpful and courteous. I will say though that BR has become very expensive, the scoop sizes are smaller and the quality has gone down.
Its almost soft serve at this point and there were ice chunks in the ice cream indicating it's been refrozen after melting.
I wasn't impressed, but it was a beautiful day and Ice cream was what I wanted. It hit the spot despite the small portion and the product not being up to the BR standard I expected.
