I love Bin + Board! The service, the food & wine quality, and the atmosphere are all fantastic. It's a hidden gem just like the Stein & Vine. It's in the same old strip mall and it's owned by the same couple. I love that this one is more about the wine experience, but they also have craft beers and ciders as well. But, you come here to chill and relax. It's more about appreciating the flavors that they've paired together. They offer suggestions but it's ultimately up to you to decide what you want on your charcuterie board. My most recent visit was with my husband who seemed to really like it. So yes, it's not just a ladies night out place. It's great for date night!

They have different sizes with the smallest being a choice of 3 meat or cheese items. There is also a Chef's Board for a set price if you want that element of surprise. We were going to get the choice of five as well as add a 6th selection. We were advised to get two boards of 3 since you also get a bread boat with each board. I'm so happy that we did this. We each had our own boat of bread and didn't have to share it with each other. Yay!! We made our board selections and decided on 3 meat items and 3 cheese items. They also pair each selection with an accompaniment (chef's choice of pairings). I especially liked the sottocenere al tartufo which was paired with a honey comb. The truffle cheese flavors paired well with the sweet honey. The vampire slayer garlic cheddar with the caramelized onion was also a winner. I'd love to name them all but it wouldn't be much of a benefit since they change out the selections on the menu due to availability. It's going to be a different menu depending on when you visit. They also have a few slices of fresh dill pickle, zesty cornichons, and even some colorful microgreens and flower decorations on each board. The pickled garlic with the soppressata was also a very nice touch. They also had some gamey meat selections that look interesting to try next time, but I definitely have to be in the mood for that kind of exploration. There is also a menu of small plates such as salads, sandwiches, baked brie, truffle burrata, beef carpaccio, tuna tartar, and so much more. There's a little of something for everyone.

I also love the wine list. I had the Marquis de Goulaine Vouvray on my very first visit. I'd never had it before, and it was perfect. It's a sweet & crisp wine from the Loire Valley. This time I decided to go with the Hampton Water rosé which is produced in the South of France. It was actually very good. This is the wine that Jon Bon Jovi, his son Jesse Bongiovi and Gerard Bertrand collaborated. I sampled it before getting it. They do give samples so don't hesitate to ask. It turned out to be perfect with everything that I had. It was fruity, dry, and had a sour cherry aftertaste. I'd get it again. Their desserts are also great. I was going to get the ricotta-pistachio cake again, but decided to try the 'Take the Cannoli' bowl. It was delicious! It's a bowl full of cannoli cream mixed with white chocolate chips and drizzled with caramel. The warm and crispy cannoli shells served with it were perfect for dipping. It all went well with the single shot of Lavazza espresso.

There's plenty of parking since it's in an old strip mall. Don't let the exterior fool you. The atmosphere totally changes once you walk through that door. It's classy but unpretentious. I love that! It can get busy in the evening because it has a local following (just like its brother, Stein & Vine). Each visit is always a pleasant surprise and a relaxing experience. Highly...

Suuuper cute spot!! Perfect for a girls night or date night. I was so impressed with the overall ambiance and the food itself. I expected just like some cheese, little dried meat and some wine. But like stuff you could find at Publix. Looking over the menu I was blown away. Sooo many exciting options!! Different cheeses, meats, beef carpacio, flights of wine, just wow. My friend and I went in for a little snack to check it out and then figured we'd go to vine and Stein after for food food. But we were stuffed by the time we left. Oh my God even the olive oil was garlic infused or something. Just amazing. The bread was crusty and warm and just chefs kiss The staff was helpful in making suggestions and the vibe was so chill. It's not a very inexpensive treat but the quality and attention to detail (even the plating was beautiful) makes it well worth it. A definite must try! The duck prosciutto was to die for. Like a great smoky flavor, lovely consistency and the paired marmalade just enhanced all of that. We had the wyngaard tomato and chives affine, so different and special. And the mousse truffe was such a treat, it was very flavorful but not aggressively so. Definitely get it and eat it with the water crackers. It's good on the bread but the simplicity of the water crackers really let's the mousse shine. If you can't tell, I am obsessed with this place....

✨✨✨WOW!✨✨✨

Bin + Board is my new favorite thing!

I went today for the first time with my mom, husband and eleven year old son. My son is picky so we only offered him the dessert menu (which is incredible, itself!). We all shared the blue cheese stuffed dates (at first I thought these sounded like an odd combination but I’m always willing to try something new and boy, I’m glad I did!!! The saltiness from the blue cheese with the sweet of the dates and a hint of spice from the habenaro all melded perfectly!) and the baked Brie board (ahhhh mazing!!!). Hubby and I shared our own pick three and my mom got one for herself. Ours had a white cheese which was delicious, and the duck prosciutto (holy moly! This is the stuff dreams are made of!) and the truffle mousse l. The flavors were so delicious, and each item came with a coordinating accompaniment that paired perfectly!!! The bread basket had a lot to offer as well, with fresh baked bread, breadsticks and soda crackers! My mom had a board with thinly sliced beef, cherry goat cheese and maple cheddar. She said all of it was incredible! Finally, we all shared the dessert cheese board which I highly recommend!!!

Next trip we will be getting some wine!

Definitely give this place a try! You WONT be...

A hidden and unique dining experience! They have impressive array of artisan meats, cheeses, and carefully curated wines. It was a little overwhelming to sift through the options, however I think we chose well! The Chef’s Board was plenty of food for two and had a wonderful balance of flavors. The boards all come with a bread basket too. We also selected the Date to Remember appetizer - our favorite! The wine flights were tasty and reasonably priced too. The dessert selection was great and we had the bread pudding. I will say it was tasty, just a little dry for our liking. Our only feedback was that our menus were never cleared and created some cluster with everything we ordered. The servers just set our plates stacked and we struggled to unwravel the silverwear and plates. No big deal and I will come back any day!!

I’m in love with this little spot. My boyfriend and I are very fond of small plates and a cozy atmosphere, and Bin+Board is perfect. We went here with a friend from out of town and even though it was a busy Saturday night, we only had to wait about 15-20 minutes. We ordered a wine flight each and they were presented and explained beautifully. The tuna tartare appetizer is so amazing. I was shocked at the amount of tuna! They definitely didn’t skimp on the ingredients. Our platters were phenomenal, like always. But the star of the plates was the pheasant pate. I was apprehensive since pheasant can be a little strong sometimes but the rosemary tempered it down well and it was truly incredible. We always have a great time and will continue coming back!
