PSA: this place is DANGEROUS and asking for your child to get seriously injured. I saw a staff member for 1 ask a child if they met the height requirement and did not and said “okay” with a shoulder shrug and still let them on the rock climbing attraction. To make matters worse 80% of the staff is on their phone with their back turned to their station that they are supposed to be monitoring. Out of all of the attractions the children jungle gym should be your main focus when it comes to monitoring. These are BABIES that you are subjecting to very dangerous situations by allowing groups of teenagers to barge in and run up and down and knock down whomever is in their way. You have six staff members on their phones messing around at the register while my 4 year old is being CORNERED in the jungle gym by a group of teenage kids and I literally have to run up and yell at them to leave him alone, not even just yell scream at them because they have just him A 4 YEAR OLD blocked in and there is a group of at least eight of them cornering my small child to where he can go no where. I should not have to chase down a staff member to do something about this while they’re just walking around goofing off with other staff. I get that these are teenagers working but if safety is your main priority this location is 100% not relaying the message. My six year old gets knocked over twice in the VR attraction because again, the staff member is on their phone & sitting there back turned talking to another staff member eating cotton candy. In the dodgeball attraction the staff member is sitting there, air pods in again ON PHONE. Then my 6 year old gets stuck in the middle of the zip line and what do you know the staff member is not paying attention & is on their phone and is about to tell another kid to go. My husband has to scream at them to tell them that he is stopped and to not let someone else go because they will ram into him. That staff member starts yelling on the walkie talkie down to the front desk to tell him to go but what do you know. Ignored because what are they doing? I bet you can’t guess. On their phones. I don’t understand how SAFETY is your number one priority when you allow the majority of staff members to sit there consumed by their phone instead of monitoring their station. Why have staff when it’s fend for yourself? At that point you’re just wasting payroll. Safety should be your main priority because at this rate something terrible is going to happen when literally no one who works there cares whatsoever about the safety of anyone in there. I get that it’s busy and there are a lot of people but if you actually had staff paying attention and doing their jobs you would have far less problems because at the end of the day it is dangerous & negligent. The assistant manager put in a request for a cancellation for my membership that we just signed up for & it 100% needs to be canceled because there’s no way I’m taking my kid somewhere where safety is their last priority. My 4 year old is traumatized from being cornered and my 6 year old is devastated from this experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone until they actually up their safety standards. They have so much potential to create a great environment but at this point it is a safety hazard/ very dangerous and should not...
Read moreOvercrowded all the time and the staff team doesn't supervise the children nearly enough and they end up getting hurt quite often. That's not even the real reason why I'm giving this business a 1 star review though.
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP HERE
Why you ask? For one it's a 1 year contract which you are locked into, meaning you MUST pay for 12 months if you sign up for it. That's not even the biggest issue though, they tell you can cancel online when your 12 months is up. The funny thing is.. YOU CAN'T.
They give you a link within the contract itself to "cancel" but that only takes you to your membership page where you can either make reservations or change your payment option. You CANNOT cancel anywhere on the website, there is no mention of cancellation anywhere on there, just options to purchase memberships.
The best part? You can't even cancel at the park, you get shuffled around by the staff who tell you to just "cancel it online" even the manager himself refused to come to the front desk and we had to go to him, and he said the same thing, brushing us off like we were a waste of his time because we weren't looking buy something.
We have to go back to the poor lady at the front desk who's still in training and doesn't know how any of it works and she had to hunt down their corporate number on their system.
The most slimy part of that contract? After you call that corporate number, get put on hold for 30 minutes and finally talk to someone to cancel your membership, they still take 10 DAYS to actually complete the cancelation and if you had another payment due before that 10 days go by you WILL pay again.
So don't get a membership, it's damn near impossible to cancel, the contract's terms about cancelation are a LIE, and you'll end up paying for more months than you agreed to. I could say plenty of other unsavory things I experienced with this business but I think I've said enough.
Sure, take your kids here for a day, they'll have a good time, but don't get a membership, you'll regret it. My last gripe is this park advertises that it's "The Cleanest Trampoline Park" not even close, it's borderline filthy. Other parks are far better maintained. I'd recommend the SkyZone (formerly DEFY) in...
Read moreWell, where do I start? Had my 10-year-old boy that loves to jump on the trampolines, but there was a load of teenagers sitting around on the trampolines would not let him jump, he was very upset. I asked one of the employees to ask them to get off the trampolines, if all they're going to do is sit. Around. She looked at me and said she will let them know. I turned around and walked the opposite side. Never went to tell them to not sit around the trampolines, because children want to jump, which that is what it's for so I took it upon myself to live, they tell these teenagers to move so the children there could jump, and they looked at me, like I was stupid. Very disrespectful from the employees and the teenagers that were dropped off And last there, how do I know? Because I stayed to the end, to make sure I told each and every one of their Mother's when they came to pick them up whether something was done about it or not. At all home, I do not know the bathrooms were dirty. No water for kids, the water fountain was disgusting, And unsafe for children to drink out of this place really needs health department to come and look at it. To get food, it's something for my child to drink. Since there was no water given out, took forever, there was 2 lines, and we were second to order our food and then all of a sudden, they closed the line. I was in and told us we would have to get to the back of the other line took about another good, 45 minutes just to order the food and drink. Meanwhile, my child, it's so thirsty. And I had nothing to give him to drink. So unacceptable. And don't you give me we appreciate your feedback. We are striving every day to better this place. That's what you say, to every complaint but nothing is done about it. It's the dirtiest, place, The disrespecting employees lacking of employees. No rules for teenagers, no security , to Control teenagers, there must be an adult for 17 and younger or they can not come in. Overall, it's ridiculous. The manager should be a shame of how that place...
