Incredibly addicting! It's the best breakfast sandwich I've had in a very long time. Everything about it is great.

These sandwiches are made with love. You can taste the difference. The egg is cooked perfectly. Not dry, or runny. It's all held together with perfectly melted cheese. There's even a gooey cheese pull. The NY Kaiser roll really makes the sandwich shine.

I initially ordered a BECSP. Ketchup on a breakfast sandwich is just not my thing. I'm happy with just salt & pepper. It was delicious! The iced café con leche was pretty good. It has an earthy taste with notes of chocolate. I looked it up, and found that it's made with the Chilean Nescafé Tradición. I think that's what gives it that smooth and milky taste. I did ask for an additional shot of coffee. It does make it a little bolder (without bitterness). If you want something stronger, then this is not it.

The NJ Pork Roll was even better than the BEC. It was my first time having a Taylor ham pork roll. Again, the sandwich was put together very well and so full of favor. I didn't think it could get better until I tried something from the Chilean Corner of the menu. The Barros Jarpa is now my favorite of the 3 sandwiches. I know. How could something so simple as ham and gouda cheese be so wonderful? Well, all I can say is that the toasted roll with all of that creamy gouda cheese put it over the top.

There are 2 locations. I visited the original one in Brandon. It's a food trailer behind the produce stand on Kings near Bloomingdale Ave. There are some shaded outdoor tables. The service is great, and ordering is efficient. The sandwiches are packaged well for travel. I'm looking forward to trying the Churrasco sandwich...

I’ve been living in the Brandon area for about four years now after moving down from up north, and I’ve spent a good chunk of that time complaining about how the food just hasn’t been hitting like it did back home. That all changed this year when I came across this food truck.

From the very first bite, I knew this spot was different. The flavors, the quality, the care they put into each dish—this is easily one of the closest things I’ve found to that “back home” taste I’ve been missing. Not only is the food consistently tasty and high quality, but the service is also top-tier. Friendly, fast, and welcoming every single time.

Definitely one of my top food trucks in the Brandon area. If you’re craving something that actually...

Former NYer living in Tampa almost 15 years. You'll find plenty of NY-style offerings here, but rarely do they hit the mark. These sandwiches smell and taste like authentic NYC breakfast sandwiches and this is coming from someone who used to eat one pretty much every morning before getting on the subway and heading to work. I was hesitant to write a glowing review because knowing the locals, we will have lines wrapping around that tiny food trailer in no time. It's in a gas station parking lot so grab and go. I have to recommend the sausage, egg, and cheese. Wow. And pick up some hash browns while...
